We had a great time on our 7 night vacation! The bed was really comfortable, decor was nice, the view was amazing! Right next to the elevators and trash chute. Will definitely be booking again in the future! Be careful on the rug in the living room area, my daughter fell within the first few minutes on the rug because it was slick on the tile. We ended up putting the rug away for our stay and putting it back before we left.

The Edgewater is a unique landmark architectural complex conveniently located on Scenic Gulf Drive near the Outlet Mall and is close to tons of shopping, restaurants, and other amenities that Miramar Beach/Destin has to offer. This Gulf Front complex has an incredible pool, playground, business center, free wi fi, exercise room, amazing landscaping and is directly on the beach!
Our beautiful 1 Bedroom beach front condo is located on the 4th floor and has been decorated with relaxation in mind. Soft tranquil colors and comfortable casual furniture make this the perfect beach retreat. It has an amazing view of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Unit 408 has an open concept living/dining area and a beautiful, updated kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal and laundry closet. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Everything about this unit has been updated and, most importantly, is immaculate! The living room includes a huge 75 inch flat screen TV and DVD player. The dining table has a glass top and the comfortable couch pulls out to a queen size bed. The unit sleeps 4 comfortably! The master bedroom has a cozy king size bed and flat screen TV. The Master bath has been completely renovated and has a granite counter and shower/tub combo.
Floor to ceiling glass doors lead to the large balcony with stunning views of the Gulf, sparkling pool and courtyard! Have a glass of wine or a cup of coffee while you relax on the lounge chairs or enjoy your meals on the patio table and chairs.
The location is right where you want to be in the Destin/Miramar Beach area! You could walk to the Outlet Mall, explore numerous, fantastic restaurants, rent bikes, paddle boats or just spend your days relaxing on the beach and watch the dolphins play. Nearby is the Water Park, golfing, fishing at the Harbor Docks, Destin Commons, all kinds of shopping, restaurants for every "taste" in Destin, Miramar and SanDestin.
