I can completely understand no smoking in the rooms and around the entrance but there should be a smoking area instead of walking to the beach in complete darkness .

This place is absolutely beautiful and perfectly located!! My 3 year old son as well as my husband and I loved waking up to the ocean every morning! The condo was clean and exactly how it was described. Checking in was a breeze. Everyone we came into contact with was very friendly. I’m overall very pleased and we plan on making a yearly trip down and staying here! Our son loved being able to just walk down to the beach and also looking for crabs! Great experience

We’ve been traveling to Destin over 10 years and this is one of the best location! The beach entry is close by and having a little one is so convenient being on the first floor. We enjoyed our stay at the clean and accommodating condo! Thank you!

This first floor condo had everything we needed and even included a view! Its location was perfect. We could walk out each morning and in a few steps be on the beach. Would definitely recommend.

I would say rent now. But that would lower our chances of rebooking later. So don’t book, cause we are coming back and want it wide open for ourselves.
Place it beautiful, perfectly placed, Right across the street from the commons shopping (better then going to the tourist stores for cheap crap) and sitting directly on the beach. No walking.
Perfectly clean, perfectly furnished, everything you need is provided. We loved our stay. Especially having just had a bad bad bad experience elsewhere, we were so thankful for this place.
The only thing not provided was coffee filters for the coffee maker. (Though we left ours behind in hopes they stay for the next people)

Perfect place in front of the beach! We loved it! Everything was clean and beautifully decorated, anything you need is in there . Shops and restaurants are only a short drive , would definitely recommend this place to anyone! We hope to come back next year, thank you!
