Anchor Down is a beautiful lake front getaway located in Destiny East, we couldn't love this location and property more!! The spectacular southern facing views from the large pool and spa are second to none. This will be THE place to relax after a fun filled day at the beach near the Crab Trap. Enjoy all amenities that the gated community of Destiny East has to offer including tennis courts, a community pool and long walking/running trails throughout.
Upon entry, guests will find an inviting and open-air foyer with a stunning view of Four Prong Lake. Anchor Down features an updated kitchen and dining room with space for the entire family to enjoy time together. Luxurious accents and amenities are at every turn with granite countertops, stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, double ovens, gas cooktop range, dishwasher, and microwave. The dine in island/breakfast bar features seating for 4 in plush barstools. The well-crafted and cozy dining room off the kitchen has beautiful views surrounding the table with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for all.
Just off the kitchen and dining area, enjoy a cup of coffee or a movie night in the living room with extra comfy couches, a large flat screen TV and DVD player. The beauty of this room is the grand lake and pool views out of the large windows for maximum lighting. Step outside to the patio where you can enjoy the fireplace, flat screen TV, plenty of seating and what could be the crown jewel of this property, the pool overlooking the lake. This beautiful pool/overflow spa, plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing and lots of space to splash around. Enjoy use of the private BBQ grill or head up to the sun deck on the second floor for even more Florida sunshine and fun.
The owner did not spare any expense on luxury for the amenities, and the same is true for the sleeping arrangements. This 7 BR/5 BA beach home sleeps 20 guests comfortably. Head inside when the day ends for a good night’s rest in one of 4 King Bedrooms, Double Queen Bedroom, 1 Twin Bed Nook plus a Custom Bunk Room for the young ones. On the first floor, 2 King Bedrooms with Shared Bath, the Master King Suite featuring double vanities and a large, jetted tub, shower and large walk-in closet and a Full Bedroom with access to the large full bathroom off the main living area. Up the staircase, guests will enjoy a Double Queen Bedroom, a King Suite and a bunk room with 3 custom built twin beds. The two stunning full bathrooms in the hallway on the second floor are shared between the 3 bedrooms.
From the front door to the crystal-clear pool, we know that Anchor Down would be perfect for your next family getaway to celebrate a family vacation, a birthday or anniversary. This location has close access to the Destin Commons shopping center as well as Destin’s finest dining. We’re looking forward to seeing you at Anchor Down! This home is located across the street from Beach Reunion’s Southbound for a multiple property rental to accommodate large groups.

* This home rents only Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Sunday to Sunday during the Summer months.

By reserving a cart rental through us you will not have to worry about any of that unwanted dirt or sand getting into your car while trying to enjoy your vacation! We even deliver for free! Pool Heat — From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated. Outside of the dates spa cannot be heated. Spa does not reach standard spa heat temps. 86 degrees max.)
