Primary guests must be 25+ to rent, provide a driver's license to book and to check-in, and must be on property at all time with underage guests. NO PARTIES or any spring break shenanigans allowed in our home!
Located within the sought-after Destiny neighborhood is this beautiful lakefront home + splash pool with everything you could need for an incredible beach getaway! “Sunset Pointe” is perfect for families and groups with 4 spacious bedrooms and bright, open plan living. Cook in the gourmet kitchen, relax in the private splash pool, dip your toes in the lake and enjoy the resort-style amenities with a clubhouse, pool, hot tub, basketball, and tennis court.
NEWLY RENOVATED MARCH 2023! We have just renovated the entire first floor and you are going to love it! All new wood look tile floors, a brand new kitchen with abundant cabinetry, stainless appliances and sleek stone counters, a new first floor bathroom with large walk-in shower, and a fully renovated master bathroom with a huge walk-in shower and separate soaking tub!
Located in the Destiny neighborhood on Scenic 98, you are just minutes from the James Lee State Park beach access. Scenic 98 has a large walking path within minutes of incredible restaurants, shopping, entertainment and more…just minutes away by walking, biking, golf cart, or car!
Make your way along the coast and into the beautiful, quiet gated community known for its exclusive amenities, high-end homes and the stunning beach less than 400 feet from the front gates.
Check yourself in and step inside where you are greeted with a professionally decorated 2700+ sf home overlooking the picturesque lake Destiny with the beach just beyond!
The living room offers soft comfortable sofas that surround the warm inviting fireplace and the wall mounted Smart TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps – the perfect place for a cozy movie night in.
Large meals will not be a problem in the large gourmet kitchen that comes fully equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances and sleek stone counters. There is a French door fridge/freezer with a filtered water and ice dispenser, an oven and stovetop, a built-in microwave, a coffee maker and a dishwasher.
Eat together at the elegant dining table by the bright bay windows or slide open the glass doors where you can dine alfresco style on the terrace overlooking the pool and picturesque Lake Destiny.
There are four spacious bedrooms spread over the three levels of the home with each bed topped in soft, quality linen and bedding and plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home.
The master bedroom is located on the first level and features a luxuriously large king bed and a twin trundle for two as well as a reading nook and pool access through the sliding glass doors. Off the master is the lavish full ensuite with double vanity, a deep relaxing bath, and a large walk in shower.
Take the stairs up to the second level where you will find bedroom one with two queen beds, and bedroom two with a king bed and an adjoining jack-and-jill bath. Also on the second level is the open bunk alcove that is perfect for kids with two single beds.
Make your way up the spiral staircase to the quaint third floor with a mini-kitchen on the landing, a heating and cooling unit to keep you comfortable and a charming single day bed offering stunning elevated lake views from the floor to ceiling windows. A perfect perch to watch the sunset!
On a warm afternoon, make your way out into the resort style yard where you can lay poolside on the relaxing sun loungers, cool off in the saltwater splash pool or make you way down to your own lakeside dock.
Back to the main level, you will find a large washer/dryer in the mudroom and beyond in the garage there is fun a ping pong table, two bikes that you are welcome to use along and plenty of toys for the beach, two coolers and a wagon to carry it all to the beach!
Included with your stay is full use of the Destiny resort amenities including a clubhouse, lagoon style pool, hot tub under the palms, a workout room, lighted tennis/pickle ball court, and basketball. The beach is less than 500 feet from the gates! Right across the street is the Crab Trap restaurant which offers really good food/seafood, a beach bar, and a playground for the kids. Bring your own chairs, or seasonal beach service is provided for an additional fee. You can conveniently order food and drinks from the Crab Trap!
Discover all that Destin has to offer, including water sports, boat rentals, jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, dolphin cruises, catamaran sunset cruises, and top rated attractions like Big Kahunas Waterpark, The Track, Uncle Buck’s Bowling, and so much more! **RULES – We have a video doorbell that must not be covered up or tampered with, must be 25+ to rent and supervise any guests not of age at all times, no pets, no smoking/vaping in home or outdoor areas, all guests will receive our reservation agreement for electronic signature upon booking. A week prior to your check-in date we will send your welcome letter and door code!**
**No pets allowed! Emotional support animals are not required by ADA laws to be allowed in vacation rentals. Please do not bring any pets! If you have a support animal that you plan to bring, please search for pet friendly rental options!**
**Primary guest(s) must be at least 25 years old and personally supervise any guests under 25 at all times. NO pets allowed, including ESAs which are not required in vacation rentals by law, and no smoking/vaping in the condo or the balcony. We provide starter supplies of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and shampoo. If guests run out of supplies, they will need to purchase additional supplies. We are located in a condo building – we are not responsible for noise from other guests or construction, any closed amenities due to maintenance or other or any other building issues. Guests must adhere to HOA/building rules and quiet hours. The community fee is for an accidental damage waiver that will cover accidental property damage up to $1,500. We have a $500 security deposit hold placed on your account 2 days before arrival and will be released 7 days after check out if no uncovered damage is found. Guests 9 -15 incur an additional $10/night fee. Infants count in totals, even if a booking site doesn’t count infants – this is for local laws and fire code laws!
**We provide 2 bikes in our garage that guests may use. We expect our guests to take excellent care of our bikes, not leave them outside in the elements, and to use our locks when parked outside of our villa. Guests must provide their own helmets and use extra caution and care when riding bikes and follow all rules of the road. We do not charge an extra fee to use our bikes, cooler, beach cart, beach toys, etc and they might not all be available due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, there will be no refunds or discounts.
Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire lake house as well as free Wi-Fi, free garaged parking for one car, driveway parking for 2-4 additional cars (no street parking allowed), and access to a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
