Nice size unit, laid out well. But you can tell the owner must never stay here and uses it solely as a rental. Fridge makes a awful noise about every 15 minutes, sofa is the most uncomfortable thing and could just use some good touching up. Also people have left dozens of cigarette butts in the planter area on the deck which is really disgusting and lazy.

This was the perfect escape to the beautiful white sandy beaches of Destin that our family needed. We've stayed in different condos in this neighborhood over the past 10 years. It's one of the nicest we've stayed in and with the best location.
We were instantly met with all the comforts of home. The kitchen and living room are nicely decorated and the dining area had plenty of seating for the whole family. It was just perfect for the many evenings we spent playing cards and board games together.
The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for the family. The open concept floor plan was spacious and very nice. The living room windows gave us a beautiful view of the Gulf! We enjoyed the sitting on porch and had all our meals there and loved the beautiful views.
Each bedroom basically had its own bathroom which makes it ideal for multiple families to share.
It was tempting to over sleep in the comfortable bedrooms. During the days, we ventured nearby to the outlet mall (2 blocks away!) and many of great restaurants. The condo is in close proximity to so many neat shops, restaurants and grocery store. The closeness to both the beach and the town were ideal.
The beach and pools are just steps away from the condo. We were so thankful for the awesome beach service we were able to use during our stay, which made our time we spent at the beach even more special. We also spent time swimming in the luxurious and enormous pools. The heated pool and hot tub were prefect on cooler days. The gym and work out area was a nice bonus.

The dining area seats 6 at the table, 4 at the breakfast bar, and the balcony dining has seating for 6. The master and second bedroom both have king-size beds, and the 3rd bedroom has a queen.

Panoramic Gulf and Beach views relax and greet you from both the Master Bedroom and the open floor plan living room. Enjoy the pristine white sand and emerald colored waters of Edgewater's beach, soak your cares away in the hot tub and 2 swimming pools. One swimming pool is heated for year-round enjoyment!!!
The living room has a sofa sleeper for two additional guests. There is a safe in the condo to store your valuables, and both bathrooms have blow-dryers. Two of the bathrooms have walk-in showers, and the other one is a shower and tub combo.
