Stanton was extremely fast and friendly in responding to any questions or concerns. He had an extensive recommendation list for the area. The house came with lots of beach accessories and a well stocked kitchen for cooking. Kids loved the place, especially the provided golf cart. The layout of the house was perfect for us. Two master bedrooms isn't easy to find but this house had that.

Walkable distance from the beach with private access which was awesome. Included a golf cart which was very convenient as we took it about everywhere! Had beach accessories which was great as well! Private beach access, large rooms. The house have free golf cart, toys, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and so on. We definitely will be back.

Enough space for everyone in our party. Great location! Walkable to the beach and many restaurants. Stan was a great host. Checked in and made sure everything was going well. Check in was very easy. Everything was exactly as described and ample information was provided to fully enjoy Destin. Would definitely recommend staying here if you have the opportunity.

Even the ability to just close up and leave and not a lot of rules about the way you clean or leave laundry and dishes. Host was very responsive. He is at the liberty of the HOA though, so if you’re wanting the basket ball goal, it was under repair and down the whole 5 days we were there. Also the pool was not heated yet because they won’t do it while it’s still reaching 70/80 degrees although it was only high 60s several days before and the day 1 we arrived. And even after that way too cold to swim. Those were 2 of the decks don’t factors for me when I booked so I was disappointed and so were the kids in my group. So you need to check before you book if those items interested you. I felt like that didn’t make it as good as a value for me since that’s some of what I was paying to have available.

Wow...what a great house to rent. I have never stayed at an Airbnb that wasn't missing something that we needed and it didn't happen with this house. Stan has thought of everything!! The golf cart is very handy getting to and from the beach.

Great pool across the way and an easy stroll to the other pool and beach. Emerald Shores location is near anything you might want. The home was close to the smaller pool, big fun golf cart, comfortable beds, super clean and we really appreciated the well stocked equipment and dishes in the kitchen. Plenty of extra touches also.. games, soap, loads of towels, beach toys, big washer/dryer. This thoughtful host was quick to respond to and help correct our minor problem. We would definitely rent this exact home from Stan again.

HOME OVERVIEW
An extensive remodel of this home was completed in August 2021. Fresh paint, new appliances and countertops in the kitchen, new light fixtures/fans in the living spaces and bedrooms + new furniture and chic, beachy decor. A brand new, 6-seater golf cart is included with this property, which is a $150/day value (based on local rental rates). The golf cart is perfect for shuttling people to the beach or cruising to the numerous restaurants in the area. The beach front road, Scenic Highway 98, is very safe and golf cart friendly.
This spacious, single family 3 BR/3.5 BA home boasts 2 living areas, 2 master suites, 2 screened in porches on the lower level and 2 covered patios on the upper level. The sleeping arrangements include two suites with king beds (one downstairs and one upstairs), a third bedroom with queen bed (upstairs) and four twin beds in the upstairs lounge/living space. Each of the three bedrooms has access to its own private patio or balcony. Outside there is driveway parking for 4 vehicles and a large yard that opens up to a quiet cul de sac that is across the street from one of two community pools and the community tennis/basketball court - plenty of space for children to safely play and explore within sight!
Emerald Shores has TWO large community pools. The "North Pool" is right across the street from the home and is heated to 83 F from Late October - April. The "Main Pool" is on the way to the beach and is heated during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and March. Both pools have plenty of seating and bathrooms.
Between the community amenities, private beach access, the excellent centralized location, and the extensive remodel of this property, this fully stocked home is perfect for your next beach vacation!

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
This home is located in the gated Emerald Shores community nestled between the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and Scenic Gulf Drive and all the conveniences of the Emerald Coast Parkway/Highway 98. Situated on a quiet cul de sac and across the street from the largest of two community pools and the community tennis/basketball court, this location offers plenty of space for children to safely play and explore within sight. Emerald Shores has TWO large community pools. The "North Pool" is right across the street from the home and is heated to 83 F from Late October - April. The "Main Pool" is on the way to the beach and is heated during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and March. Both pools have plenty of seating and bathrooms.
The beach is a short 5 to 7 minute walk or an even shorter Emerald Shores shuttle (operates May - August) ride. At the beach, guests of Emerald Shores have private beach access and use of a COVERED BEACH CABANA with plenty of seating and, best of all, CLEAN BATHROOMS! This home is centrally located and provides easy access to beach front restaurants and activities/attractions on Highway 98.
