Emerald Shores was a great place to meet up with are family and friends from the Air Force for 4th of July. The home was very cleaned, beds are very comfortable and we had 2 refrigerators which was perfect. We did you the shuttle service back and forth to the beach. Never had any issues with hot water which was fantastic. The kitchen is pretty well stocked. We had a charcoal grill and a gas grill. They also had some beach chairs and boogie boards.

Really nice house that is very close to the beach. The gated neighborhood was clean, well-manicured, and quiet. Close to 2 great restaurants within walking distance and a Dollar General store - we only made one major grocery trip, then picked up odds & ends on foot at the DG - really nice with the crazy traffic right now! The house has a second fridge in the utility room which was great. It's freshly decorated which is awesome. Needs some rugs to cut down on indoor noise if you have kids, but overall a great choice.

Stayed here for Spring Break with a family of 4. The house was more than accomodating. We originally had 10 in our party but 6 backed out due to the COVID Pandemic. House would have easily accomodated the large group that was suppose to come. Ended up coming home a day early due to the county closing the beaches. House was a in a great location for us. Easy walk to the beach and the private access/restroom was nice. Grocery and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again. Communication with the rental service was great and they took care of our needs right away.

This house is very nice and clean and located in a great location. It's within 5 minutes walk to the beach. Access to the private beach was a great plus. Communication with the property manager was very responsive. Will consider them again when we are in the Destin area.
