Close walking distance. Quiet and very nice location. Loved that we were able to bring out pet. Beds were very comfortable.

My family has vacationed to this area for 5 years. This is hands down the best place we’ve stayed in for many reasons. The location, amenities, and cleanliness of the condo were outstanding. The condo was very clean, very well stocked with dishes, linens, etc, and nicely decorated. And it smelled really good! Good location with a little view of ocean between townhomes across the street. Very much appreciate that we were allowed to bring our pups at no extra cost. Did not see any other pet friendly rentals near as nice for the price. Owners very easy to communicate with.

We really enjoyed the spaciousness of the condo as well as the location. We loved the private beach entrance and the easiness of getting there. The large wrap around balcony was perfect for mornings and evenings. We watched the sunset each night from the balcony. The property is smaller and therefore was very quiet and not crowded. No trouble with parking or noise. They have a nice dog run in the back. Everything in the condo was so comfortable that it started to feel like home. We were there 8 days and didn't want to leave when our time was up! We will definitely be back!

This is a very nice apartment, clean and very well located in Miramar beach, very close to the beach and with the convenience of a Swimming pool. The only complain is that the elevator is not very close so ended up using the stairs instead.

We had an great stay at Emerald Waters. The condo was immaculate and very spacious, and check in and check out were super easy. The condo has a nice pool and hot tub, and the gorgeous beach is right across the street. It was super nice to be able to sit on the balcony and watch the beach and surroundings. The condo is centrally located in Destin with easy access to all the sites. We had a great time at a great place and look forward to visiting again.
