Great location, walking distance to the Miramar’s beautiful beach. Monica is one of the best hosts I’ve experienced with Airbnb. We had a wonderful stay!

This was my family’s 3rd time vacationing in Miramar Beach. The condo was very clean. My three kids enjoyed the bunk bed with trundle. We loved that you could see the ocean from the balcony to see if weather was rolling in before we lugged everything down to the beach. The best part was that the beach access with just across the road. We would definitely stay here again.

my friends and i booked this location for a labor day weekend getaway and had a great time! the space was perfect for 5 girls to fit comfortably. we didn’t get to use the pool, but the private beach access being across the street was absolutely perfect. parking was easy and we were so happy the complex had elevators. the area is not far from destin so we were able to explore both areas fairly well. the amenities were great, the beach accessories came in handy. overall i’d highly recommend this home and i would definitely stay here again!

Monica was an amazing host. She was easy to communicate with and was available to answer any questions quickly. Her condo is beautiful and clean. It was fully equipped with everything needed. The private beach was absolutely beautiful. We have been to many beaches in Florida and the Caribbean, and this is our favorite. The area is close to restaurants and shopping. We had a great time and hope to come back! Thank you to Monica for everything!

If your contemplating booking this condo....JUST DO IT! We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo was immaculate. Everything was spotless and just as described. Very nicely decorated. Bathrooms were huge! Comfy beds! It accommodated 6 of us very nicely (2 adults and 4 teenagers). Kitchen was well stocked. I cooked breakfast every morning and had all the cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc that we needed. The washer and dryer inside the condo were a game changer! The complex the condo was located within was very nicely kept, very clean. Pool and hot tub were amazing...very, very clean! The private beach access was literally right across the road. The private beach was beautiful, not extremely crowded and no riff-raff, just lots of family's enjoying their day at the beach. The beach setup that is included daily (2 chairs and an umbrella) was such a nice amenity! We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will be booking this condo again if we ever make it back to Miramar!

Cannot say enough good things about our stay at salt break! Very fresh and clean with everything you could possibly want. The access to the beach was so close and very convenient, even with two little kids. Having two chairs and umbrella ready for us at the beach everyday was so great! The pool was also very clean and a hit with the littles.

We truly felt right at home at this condo and never wanted to leave. 100% recommend and hope to visit again next year!

Beach Condo, 4 min walk to deeded beach, Beach service provided, Great Location!
The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen tv, access to the balcony, and closet space; ensuite bathroom with a dual sink vanity along with plenty storage.
The second bedroom has a twin over queen built in bunk with a twin trundle, flatscreen tv, closet space, and ensuite bathroom. Kids are always fans of this room, but it is comfortable for adults too.
The kitchen is equipped with updated full size appliances and most everything you need to prepare meals.
The utility room has a full size washer and dryer.
The living room has a queen size hide-a-bed, love seat, and flat screen tv.
The balcony off the living room over looks the seasonally heated pool and has peek-a-boo views of the beautiful gulf waters.
We provide 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella seasonally, March - October, for our guests. They will be set up daily for you on the beach during your stay.
The surrounding area has everything you need for your family beach get away. Near by favorite restaurants : Pompano Joe's, Kenny D's, Whale's Tail, Surf Hut, Captain Dave's On the Gulf, Bad Ass Coffee, Ice Cream shops, and many more. Alvin's Island is across the street for any beach needs during your stay. Outlet shops and other retail are near by.
While pets are precious, Salt Break does not allow pets. It works better for everyone's allergies to remain pet free at the condo. The minimum age requirement to rent is 25. As your host, I am aware my home will play a major role in the success of your vacation. Your stay is my priority and my goal is for you to return.
