This 2,868 sq. ft. beach home is the perfect getaway for families and has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and can sleep up to 20 guests. “Frangista Jewel” is situated directly on Scenic Gulf Drive, just across the street from the Frangista Beach gated private beach access. Guests will be able to get to the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast and away from the crowd. This community off Scenic Hwy 98 is perfectly situated with beach shops and shoreline restaurants within walking distance.

On the first floor is a King Suite, a Queen Suite, and a Bunk room. The King Suite and Queen Suite have a shared full bath with a walk-in shower. The bunk room features three sets of built-in twin-over-twin bunk beds and a private full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There is a kitchenette and wet bar conveniently located in the main hallway that connects the suites. Outside, guests will find plenty of deck space as well as a fenced in yard. The in-ground private, 5x12 pool also has an accompanying 5x5 Martini Pool. The deck is perfect for outside entertaining and relaxing.

The second floor opens to a spacious and bright dining, kitchen and living area. The living room seats 7, with the stylish sofa harboring additional sleeping accommodations. Adjacent to the living area is a formal dining area with seating for 8 and additional seating available for 3 at the bar. The recently updated kitchen includes top-quality stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Guests can access the pools via a spiral-staircase from the patio off of the kitchen. Completing this floor, there is a King Suite. The full bath is accessible from the King Suite or the living area. The laundry room is located on this floor with a washer and dryer.

The third floor contains 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom is a double Queen Suite which provides 2 queen beds as well as a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo . This room is equipped with a flat screen TV and access to the patio. Tucked away on this floor are two small cubby rooms which can be used as extra storage space. Completing this floor is the Master King Suite. This suite has its own private bathroom with a large walk-in shower, dual vanities, and access to a balcony that is shared with the Queen Suite.

The neighborhood of Frangista Beach consists of mostly large homes where families come to vacation. It spans the equivalent of approximately 4 blocks. The neighborhood has a 400 yard private beach which you must have a code to access. Guests of Frangista Jewel also have access to the large community pool complete with a waterfall and restroom facilities. The pool is never too crowded because only select Frangista homes have access. This home is within walking distance of shopping and dining.

Frangista Beach has a rich history that began when a family from Greece built a small motel and, subsequently, a little white chapel. Many brides are married on the Frangista Beach and use the picturesque chapel for photographs. After visiting this neighborhood, you will understand why so many families choose to return year after year.

*This home rents ONLY Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer Months.*  No College/Student groups allowed. all renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.

Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $50/day or $350/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.* Please note the smaller "Martini Pool" is not a spa and does not have jets.

Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach. Seasonal Beach Chair Service -  Our complimentary seasonal beach service is offered for our Summer months. From May 15th- August 13th 2022. This includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9am-5pm.
