We are returning guest. Our stay at this condo is always beyond our expectations. The condo itself is spacious, nicely decorated and very welcoming. The kitchen is stocked with all of the amenities needed. The location of the condo could not be any better. Very easy access to the beach as well as lots of our favorite restaurants. Laura and David have always been very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We will not stay any other place as long as Laura and David offer their little piece of paradise!

I first want to say how the Host, Laura is very professional how she handles things but at the same time so sweet and very informative. She was very quick to getting back with us on any questions we had. Very nice condo. The place really allowed us to enjoy our stay even more. All the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with every cooking tools, pots and pans, even dishes/utensils for the kids. My two kids really enjoyed having their own TV to watch in the bunkbeds. Also, having the view of the beach from the balcony is nice. We will definitely plan another stay here!!

My family really enjoyed staying at this property. It is very clean and it is decorated so nicely! We loved the views of the Gulf! Just a quick stroll across the street and we were at the beautiful beach! I loved the area, it is very safe and very active! A great place if you love to run, walk or bike. We definitely plan to return sometime! We were happy all around! The host was amazing!

The condo was easy to find, very clean, and perfect size. The pictures are very accurate. Everything was in working order in the condo. Much easier to check-in from the back parking lot than from the front (pool side). We lucked out with fine early March weather with sunny skies, low humidity, and temps in the 70’s. The host (Laura) was extremely prompt with questions and help when needed.

We had a great stay here! Smooth and straightforward check-in and check-out process, and we felt very safe. Just a short 2 min walk and you’re on the beach! I’m sure it’s absolutely beautiful in the warmer months. Laura provided us restaurant recommendations and was available to answer any questions we had!

Welcome to our little slice of paradise at Grand Caribbean East!
There is a king bed in the bedroom and NEW (Spring 2022) mattresses on the twin bunks in the hallway.
There is a washer/dryer, dishwasher (we provide dish soap and dishwasher detergent), smart TV in the main living area & bedroom, TVs with cable in both bunks, and WiFi! Parking is conveniently located just behind the complex.
The heated pool and hot tub is available to enjoy year-round!
You will love the proximity to the crystal clear waters of the Gulf as well as quick access to restaurants, shopping and entertainment! Many are even within walking distance! We can't wait for you to experience and fall in love with Grand Caribbean!
**THERE IS NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE UNIT OR ON THE BALCONY (a designated smoking area is in the parking lot)**
**Please be aware that the building does not have an elevator and this unit is located on the 3rd floor**
**We provide just enough toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags to get you through your first day - please come prepared with these items or plan to purchase!**
**Monthly cleaning (at renter's expense with our housekeeping company) will be required for stays exceeding 3 weeks**
