The kitchen has newer stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, custom cabinets, bar seating and everything you need to prepare your favorite meal or just snacks for the beach.  The tastefully decorated living area offers plenty of room to watch movies on the smart TV, play board game or just spend quality time together.  Walk out onto the oversized balcony, which has seating for 8, to enjoy the ocean views or watch the kids take a dip in the pool, which is heated in the cooler months.

The best part about Pelican Place is location, location, location. Direct access to white sandy beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico is just across the pedestrian friendly street.  In addition, there are plenty of nearby shopping options, restaurants and entertainment.
