Let’s walk thru Gulf Terrace 160.
Nested in the center of Destin, you are close to all the restaurant and activities you’ve read about in the area.
Looked on the first floor, this two bedroom/1 bath condo will sleep 8 and a pet! This pet friendly unit will accommodate 1 dog up to 35 pounds for an additional pet fee of $100 plus tax.
When you walk in you will be greeted by this completely renovated open concept living room and kitchen. The living room features plenty of comfortable and plush seating options as well as the sofa folding out to Queen Sofa Sleeper. The balcony space has been brought inside so you have a nice dining area light sunlight streaming in thru the floor to ceiling windows.
The kitchen is spacious with ample counter space for preparing a feast for the family or a quick bite before heading the pool. All the appliances are full-sized and the kitchen is stocked with cookware and dishes so you don’t have to bring anything from home. There is also a Keurig in the unit for your morning cup of coffee.
There are two bedrooms. One featuring a King-sized bed. The other offering bunk beds with a Twin on top and a full on the bottom. There is an additional Twin bed in the room as well, allowing this bedroom to sleep 4. Both rooms offer large flat screen TVs and ceiling fans.
The bathroom is situated between both bedrooms and has been updated completely as well featuring a combination tub shower.
Gulf Terrace offers community grills, seating areas by the lake, complex pool, and tennis courts. There is no beach access with this complex. You are a short drive away from Henderson state park which offers beach access for a fee. There are public beaches in the area but they are all driving distance away and not walking distance. Also, none of the beaches in Okaloosa Island are pet friendly.
