This is the second time we have stayed at Grace’s place and we enjoyed it this time as much as we did last time. The condo itself is wonderful, the walk to the beach is easy, the activities to do around the condo are great. Always a place to eat or a place to adventure to. Grace provides a great list when booking and she is very helpful and responsive.

The town of Miramar is not as quiet as I thought but that could have been the time of our visit. The walk to the beach is very easy and the home is well-stocked and just as the pictures. My kids liked the bunk beds. The beach was very beautiful!

Just a short walk across the parking lot onto the beach. Everything was so clean and all of the linens smelled amazing. Sometimes it seems like you never know what you’re getting when you rent a place, but everything looked exactly like it’s pictured. It is updated & very well kept. Communication was great and I never felt like I had to wait on a response. Owners went above and beyond with recommendations and always let us know they were available for any questions. 10 out of 10 recommend this condo!!

Updated and clean! Beach is right across the street. Just be sure to have quarters if you plan on doing laundry because the credit card system was giving us problems to pay with a credit card.

Smart TVs. 2 Private Patios, one overlooking seasonally heated pool & hot tub, vaulted ceilings, lots of windows in this breath-taking end unit on top floor. CLEAN & QUIET!
Only a 3 minute walk to private-access Beach with Umbrella & 2 Chairs Provided - year round! Beach Service is available for own purchase, but not included with this rental.
Free WiFi, 2 SMART TV's w Cable, Books and Games.
Hot Tub & 1 seasonally heated Pool on Property. BBQ Area with 3 Charcoal Grills.

Kitchen is stocked with everything you will need during your stay, including dishes, silverware, cookware, bakeware, coffee filters, spices. Stove, Oven, Microwave, DW, Refrigerator w/ Ice-maker, Coffeemaker, Toaster, Blender, Mixer, Hairdryer.
High-End Mattresses...KING, QUEEN & TWINS with your good nights rest as our goal! A pack-n-play for your infant/toddler is also available.
Our unit is just steps away from parking and laundry just outside our front door. Also within walking distance are several top-rated restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream, winery and beach-supply shopping and rentals. Whole Foods, Publix & WinnDixie grocery stores within 5min drive.
MAXIMUM 5 guests, no exceptions & minimum age of Renter is 25, no exceptions for either.
If more guests stay than we are informed about, there will be a $50 per head/per night fine and possible immediate eviction.
NO SMOKERS/NO PETS, NO exceptions. If any are broken, immediate action will be taken/eviction & NO refund. Minimum age of renters for entire complex is also 25.
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Security cameras & adequate lighting in public areas for your safety & security.
Must be able to do steps as we are 2 flights up on top floor - extremely nice wide staircases with railings and well-lit.
GUEST ACCESS:
Keyless entry to unit - your personal code will be given prior to your arrival. Also keyless entry gate code for private beach access, which will also be given prior to your arrival. Parking Pass will be provided for placement in vehicle while parked in Parking Lot.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
This Condo acts as our 2nd Home, therefore we have applied extra care and thought into the furnishings, decorating & upkeep. We deeply appreciate our guests that will appreciate & honor our desires to keep it that way. We have over 90 positive reviews via other listing platforms!
