Checking in is always easy with a personal door code. Simply enter it into the security lock on the front door and vacation begins! Walk right in and start enjoying this wonderful condo. This open floorplan property is perfect for families who want to enjoy time together. The living room features panoramic views of the gulf through the sliding glass doors. Gather around the large Smart TV for the big game or a movie night. There is plenty of seating for all! The kitchen is well stocked and ready to help you create and serve meals for the whole family. Stainless appliances, generous counter space and ample lighting are just a few of the perks.

The dinner table seats 6 with 4 additional chairs at the breakfast bar. Enjoy your meals at the dinner table inside or step out to our oversized balcony overlooking the coastline and enjoy al fresca dining. For your convenience, we also have a washer and dryer in the unit, free WiFi, three balconies and more! All three bedrooms have full bathrooms, closet space and Smart TV's. The master suite is complete with one king size bed and one twin size bed. The first guest bedroom has a king bed and a queen over queen bunk bed. The second guest bedroom features two twin over full bunk beds and a fun hammock chair.

This property is limited to two parking spaces.

Amenity Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial amenity package is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are given provided your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, less a $250 cancellation fee. There is no refund if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
