Wonderful!

We loved this stay! The book of suggested places to eat and menus was helpful. Amy was great in helping us with early checkin. Loved all the smart TVs so everyone could do their own thing at night. Was so nice to have beach towels, laundry and dishwasher detergent supplied! Quick walk to the beach and pool. The hot tub was broken during our stay but not the fault of our host.

Over all this unit was very nice. It had everything we needed and was very clean. Perfect view of the beach and ocean. Easy access to the stairs which was easier than waiting on the elevator. We loved that there was an umbrella and chair service included with the room. Would stay here again.

This is our 3rd stay at this condo. Great location and beautiful view! It had everything we needed! We will be back!

Green Reef #5 was one of the most beautiful and comfortable places we have ever been. You couldn't ask for anymore than a townhouse with everything you need to enjoy a fabulous time on a beautiful beach. We definitely enjoyed our stay.   

This place was truly amazing! We just experienced the best vacation we've ever had as a family. The beach was beautiful. Your condo was perfect, and even better in person. It had everything! It was very hard to come back to reality. We will definitely be a repeat renter. We just need to figure when. Thank you for everything!

This was our second time staying at Green Reef 5 (we had such a great time last year and just had to come back), and it was just as amazing as our first stay! Our group included four adults and four teens, and we could not have had a better experience. The property, which is directly on the beach, is perfect for a relaxing and entertaining beach getaway. The interior is charming and impeccably clean, with plenty of kitchen utensils, towels, super-comfortable beds, and whatever else one might need. We really appreciated the generous amount of comfortable seating in the living room (something many rentals lack) -- we could all hang out together with room to spare (while looking out on the beach, no less)! The downstairs has it's own separate space, complete with a living area, kitchen, and bath -- an absolutely perfect set-up for our teens. The numerous and huge decks look right out onto the pristine beach, and we spent hours on them grilling, enjoying our coffee, drinks, food, etc. while watching and listening to the water. 
Of course, the beach and beach access is one of the best features of this property. Green Reef 5's backyard IS the beach! We strolled right out of the back door and right onto the sandy beach every morning, afternoon, and evening. The property is equipped with beach toys, kayaks, towels, sturdy beach chairs -- everything we needed for a perfect day on the beach. 
 Finally, the owners could not be more pleasant and wonderful to work with. Amy made the booking process and vacation seamless and enjoyable, quickly and pleasantly responding to any inquiry or request I had. She went above and beyond to make everything easy and make our vacation a huge success. 
Needless to say, we had a perfect week (again!) and are already thinking about our next (third!) stay at this property. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Our family has been staying at Green Reef over the past eight years for a few weeks out of the late summer months. The location, feel, amenities and environment are second to none. Do yourself a favor and stop looking here. Green Reef #5 has it all and more.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Green Reef #5, while staying at this condo you can not help to have appreciation for the family feel of the home. I am sure that there were countless memories made in this home, I am thankful that my family got to make their own.  The fast response from the owner is second to none, and the foresight with beach chairs, games, umbrellas, kayaks, fishing poles, towels is very much appreciated. You will not be disappointed in renting this home to make your own family's memories, the crystal blue water is a baseball throw away from the huge new deck behind the condo.  Enjoy!

Our family vacation at Green Reef #5 was as good as it gets!!!!  This was our 2nd year to stay in the unit and  #5 has exceeded all of our wishes!!  The place is wonderful!!!  It's very clean, spacious, and  the bedrooms are set up perfectly for our family, which includes our 3 grandchildren. Everything needed for the beach was already there (chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, toys, ect. and the grill on the beach level deck was perfect! The location is so close to everything, yet so private. The expanded beach level deck is awesome where we could put 2 pools for our grandchildren to play in and the ability to step out onto "your own" section of paradise is beyond words!!!  The beach, weather and water were wonderful as always. The owners are GREAT and so accommodating!!!!  We can't wait to go back next year!!!!

We just got back from spending a week in Green Reef #5 and loved every day of our trip. It all lived up to our expectations. It is exactly like the pictures show. Our kids and grandkids loved being right on the beach. There were plenty of towels and beach toys for everyone. I took a lot of food, drinks, paper products, things we would need, so it was nice to have a lot of the other things there that I didn't have to bring. The place is very comfortable and pretty. Getting up in the morning and being able to have your coffee on the deck while watching the beach is perfect. We grilled fresh seafood downstairs, having that option saved a lot of money and frustration. Getting little ones dressed and ready to go stand in line somewhere for dinner, after being on the beach, is usually not any fun. 
We had quite abit of rain off and on so the beach level deck, partially covered, gave us a place to stay until it passed. The beach service of two chairs and an umbrella was great, but if you need more there are plenty in the shed downstairs. Having the private beach was such an added bonus, as this is a busy vacation time and the beaches were crowded. ALOT of people would rather ignore the private beach signs so it was nice to have someone sitting there to explain those things and steer them the other direction. He did leave a few days when it rained and after the sun came out we struggled to be able to hold onto our piece of paradise. DO NOT miss the beach at night. There are a lot of families walking with flashlights. It's fun to be a part of but, from a distance, or from the deck, it was just magical. 
Amy, Nancy's daughter, was absolutely awesome from the very beginning. She was so friendly and helpful with anything we needed or questions we had. She gave great suggestions of the best place for beach pictures and where they go to get fresh seafood when they stay there. She was quick to respond to any email, text, or phone calls I made to her. I sorta felt like I knew her before we got there, then had the pleasure of meeting her and her two sweet little girls while there.
This was such a great place to stay. Our kids and grandkids made so many memories. I was sad when it was over and we had to drive away. I hope that we get to come back to the Destin area again next year and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We just got back to Texas from a week at Green Reef #5 and we can't wait to get back!  Staying at GR5 is like being home and Amy/Nancy are the best hosts EVER.  They made sure we had everything we needed and checked in with us several times during the week.  I have been going to Destin since I was 5 years old and this is the ONLY place I will stay.  The beach is beautiful, private, and right out the door.  Our group includes 4 adults and 3 kids and we all have space to hang out together AND grab some personal downtime.  We are BIG beach people but we spend the last day on the big bottom deck soaking up the last day of the sun and we love that there is space for all of us to be together.  Another reason we keep going back is the people in the other units at Green Reef and how great they are.  We have met lifetime friends with our neighbors and love that we don't have worry about crazy all night parties when we are there to relax and have a good time.  You will not regret spending time at GR5 and we are already counting down the days to next years trip!

Every two years I take my 4 grown children to Destin, Florida for our family vacation. Our very favorite place to stay is at the Greenreef Condo
Our favorite condo is Greenreef 5!  We love it.The condo is large and roomy with everything that anyone might want.The beaches are private and they are now paying a guard to ensure that it stays that way. Two of my children have had their weddings on the beach rightin front of Greenreef 5. They were beautiful and with the large lower deck we had plenty of room to have a small reception for the few that traveled to be at the event.

The owners were easy to work with and helpful with any questions or problems that I may have had during my stay. We were there when Tropical Storm Alberto was to hit and the owners were in contact throughout the event making sure we were all fine. I felt more like I was renting from a friend instead of some stranger on a rental site.
We will go back and we will stay at Greenreef  It is well worth the money especially due to the fact that you don't have to carry anything there except clothes, everything else you may need is right at the condo.

Thanks so much to the family for sharing your beautiful condo with my family. It was a fabulous memory for me and my children.

This has been the most incredible stay! Every need was met from the coffee to the umbrellas. The mattress in the master is too die for. Seriously one of the best sleeping beds...or was it the waves rolling in??? I don't know...but I'm leaving refreshed, refocused and tan and I can't thank you enough for opening your home to me.

We spent 6 days at Greenreef #5 for my parents 50th anniversary. The townhome was perfect! There were 9 of us and we still had plenty of room to spread out when we needed to and a great place to congregate on the lower beach level deck and the street level living area. Easy parking, steps to a private beach, well equipped kitchens, plenty of umbrellas, chairs and toys for the beach. You're a short walk to Captain Dave's, The Crab trap and Kenny D's. You really can't ask for much more. You could really just pack a small bag of clothes and everything you need is in the unit and ready for you to start your vacation! Nancy was great to work with during our stay and during the reservation process. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

We have had the best vacation ever here at green reef #5. We are a beach loving family and usually visit beaches up and down the east coast several times a year. This town house has it all from perfect views on all three decks , walk right off the deck onto the beach. The unit is clean and very well stocked with everything you could ever want. The best part is all of the beach equipment in the storage area you don't need to bring anything it's all here. We have already booked again for next year.

1. Pull of Hwy 98, park 10 steps in front of your front door. 2. Unload. 3. Walk downstairs to HUGE DECK. Stop or 4. Walk 10 more steps to your private BEACH. No elevators to wait on. No parking garages to fight. No longgggggggggggggg walk to the beach. And, Ms Nancy is a delight to deal with...making sure everything is perfect! Another bonus...the shed FULL of more beach umbrellas, chairs, toys, and tons of beach towels. Literally just bring a small bag of clothes and some food and you are set for the week! Thanks Nancy!

This was the perfect beach front property!!!! Walk outside and the white sand and ocean just steps away!!! The house is nice and comfy with a beach theme makes so fun!! The owner is very nice and helpful with any questions or recommendations responds very quickly!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Green Reef! We stay in Miramar Beach a couple of times a year. This is the best equipped place we have ever stayed. Townhouse was roomy and we had plenty of room to spread out. Everyone in our group gave it a thumbs up! The decks were by far our favorite part. We always stay beach front but this is the best deck we've ever had. We could be in the sun or in the shade and the beach furniture was very comfortable. The chairs and other beach equipment provided were the nicest we've seen and with the private beach we never had to fight for a spot on the beach. Would highly recommend!

My family and I stayed in Green Reef #5 for a week last fall. The spacious condo with more deck space than most people have living space, made it even more comfortable for my family. A beautiful, well maintained townhome on the beach, sunny and 80+ temps, 78 degree water temps, great (casual and fine dining) restaurants within walking distance, what more could you want? I would highly recommend renting this townhouse . PS. The owners are also very sweet and wonderful to work with!

This is one of the best beachside rental units we've ever stayed in. We found Green Reef 5 to be very clean, accurately represented in the VRBO listing and comfortable in every way. There are 3 decks looking out over the beach and gulf, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their vacation. The lower deck is absolutely huge, partially covered & shaded, with plenty of comfortable chairs and tables. The furniture is comfortable and there are plenty of chairs and couches for all 10 adults to sit comfortably inside. We were able to host a shrimp boil for many family members who were staying nearby, and there was more than enough room for everyone on the lower level deck. The master bed is one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. The main kitchen is well equipped with utensils. The owner and her family were very friendly and helpful, making every effort to ensure that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We highly recommend Green Reef 5 as a very fine vacation unit right on the beautiful beach in Destin, FL.

This was a fantastic place to stay. We had a very intimate and small beach wedding. The back deck on the bottom floor is mostly covered so we were also able to hold the wedding reception there. There are plenty of tables and chairs and places to relax. I think it says a lot when the location also mirrors as the wedding back up in case of rain and is the reception location. Everything we could possibly need or ask for was there from two kitchens, a separate living space on the bottom floor - cozy, intimate, roomy, and well-appointed. The beach is steps off the back deck, and there are three decks to view the entire destin coastline. Gorgeous!

This wonderful vacation home sits right at that sweet spot between elegant Gulf villa and completely relaxed beach house. The town home's decor is tasteful and topical. Its furnishings and facilities are first class. It was immaculately clean. it is located just a short drive to supermarkets and all sorts of retailers. A quick drive to get provisions and we were right back, enjoying the unspeakable beauty of a pristine white sand beach and the spectacular Gulf. There is more beautiful beach than the ordinary person could ever walk. The three decks are perfect perches to experience Picasso sunrises and sunsets...bookends to Van Gogh "Starry Nights" over the Gulf. Even the occasional stormy day provided a unique experience of nature's power and beauty on the Gulf. Normally on vacation, we look forward to local day trips to see the sights. On this trip, we loved nothing more than staying put and savoring the beauty of every moment on the Gulf. We found ourselves quickly settling into the Gulf's wonderfully relaxing rhythm. When family members spent time with us, they fell in love with this beautiful spot instantly, just as we had. Communicating with the owner was one of the highlights of our vacation. From our first e-mail contact, Nancy clearly wanted us to enjoy everything about our stay. Her information on the town home, local restaurants, points of interest, etc. was thorough and helpful. Whenever we asked for additional assistance, Nancy was quick to provide information that had us feeling like "locals". (She couldn't do anything about our Boston accents, but that would be expecting a bit too much...). Nancy is the personification of Southern hospitality and gentility.
