We recently had the most amazing stay at Stunning waters view. Joan was excellent at communicating. Before we arrived we had great information about the condo and information about the area. This location was quiet and away from the crowds! The condo itself was very clean, comfortable, and a very well equipped kitchen. The view from the balcony was amazing. Whether day or night we found ourselves enjoying the activity if the harbor and the view at night is breathtaking! There were three beach options, we actually preferred the one behind the condo. No water access but plenty of sand and no crowds. The other two beaches were only a short walk. The pool and hot tub were also very nice. We will definitely stay here again, you will not be disappointed!

The property was beautiful located in great area perfect to go sightseeing it was so nice to have a water taxi ride across the way to bring you back-and-forth to the boardwalk for lunch or dinner and also a short drive in your car to get wherever you need to go.
We loved everything about our stay manager and was wonderful anything we needed she was right by her phone text me back. Place was a FIVE STAR … plenty a room!
The kitchen had everything we needed, we enjoyed cooking and sitting out on the balcony and relaxing every morning and at night
it was really neat that you could hear the bands that play across the way

Welcome to a Well Deserved Vacation!
Boating Life Is Fun! You love boating we have a slip for boats in a gated marina that will up to boat up to 38 ft. Fee:$45 per night.
Enjoy the condo's pools expansive deck , overlooking the amazing Gulf waters. Take a dip in the pool or relax in the hot tub, both overlook the beautiful Gulf emerald green waters. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy.
Just purchased 2022. Everything new! The two bedrooms. two-bathroom condo has a split floor plan which gives each bedroom privacy. To the right of the living area is the master bedroom with a king bed with a purple mattress. To the left of the living room is the guest bedroom with a comfy queen bed and a twin size bunk bed.
All the comforts of home are within the condo walls! Sit back in one of the 2 overstuffed sofas, enjoying the recliner sofa while taking in the views of the harbor while catching your favorite show or sport on tv. All tv's are smart tv's. Private Wi-Fi not shared, there is shared Wi-Fi in the common areas of the condo complex.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. Kickback and enjoy the evening pressure free of cooking with use of the provided crockpot, prepare a meal so it cooks while you are enjoying soaking up the sun and when you return from your outing, no stress of cooking a meal it's ready! Easy Pizzey!
Each floor has a free shared washer and dryer, only 6 condos to a floor.
Waterview 505 is located on a peninsula called Holiday Isle between two bodies of water, giving you the best views of the Destin Harbor and the East Pass of Choctawhatchee Bay, which empties into the Gulf of Mexico. This spectacular location allows you the beauty of being surrounded on both side by water and to enjoy two different beaches:
Norriego Point: Laid back not crowded with people or rows beach chairs with umbrellas that you must maneuver to see the water. Norriego has 4 inlets to swim keeping you safe from the boats moving in. Don't let it fool you, you will feel the waves. (Lifeguard on duty at times). Just a short 10 minute walk to the beach. No rows of chairs to block your view!
O'Steen Trail Beach you can relax on the beach, snorkel, or catch some fish of the jetties. Don't forget to bring your fishing pole! This is a more populated beach with plenty of space. Both O'Steen and Norriego have lifeguards on site May – Sept. just a short 8-10 minute walk.
The condo's beach is primarily for your enjoyment to drink-up the sun and enjoy the views of the gulf on the sandy beach area. There is no water entry, there is a seawall to protect the building.
Destin is known as "The Luckiest Fishing Village" and harbors the largest Fishing fleet in North America. There are many fishing tournaments during the year. You can also take a fishing trip or sight seeing trip at on of the charters offered across the harbor at Harbor Walk Village docks.
Mid-March -thru Memorial Day, you can take the water taxi from Waterview dock to go across the Destin Harbor to Harbor Walk Village where you will find restaurants, activities, and entertainment. Enjoy waterfront shopping, paddle board and kayak rentals, pontoon and jet ski rentals, parasailing, glass bottom boats, world class fishing, pirate ship excursions, dolphin cruises, concerts and live music, weekly fireworks starting Memorial Day ending usually Labor Day, weekly Fat Tuesday parades, live entertainment, and an array of restaurants, including Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville and Harry T's. Harborwalk Village is also home to the Destin Fishing Fleet, the largest charter fishing fleet in the country. Here you can experience the World's Luckiest Fishing Village aboard one of Destin's finest charter boats or stroll along the docks and witness the catch of the day.

We got you covered: Linen fee includes Accidental Damage Insurance up to $1500.00 to cover for accidents inside the home such as spilling wine on the carpet, a child wetting a bed which can cost easily up to $850 because of it's considered a hazmat issue. It must be deemed as an accident by Guardian Rental for claim to be covered. This does not cover non-accidentals, abuse to the property and other incidents.
Restrictions: No pets of any type allowed on complex property or condo. Pet fines enforced of $800.00 per pet plus a $250 yard clean up fee per pet. No smoking, vaping, incense or candle burning.
Must cancel 31 days prior to arrival for a refund. 31 days or less no refunds on for any reason. Trip cancelation insurance available. Two types of cancellation insurance: Regular cancelation or anytime cancelation are available for a fee. Linen fee includes $750 accidental damage.
March 5 - May 23: 4 - night minimum stay required.
May 23 - August 15: 5 - night minimum stay required.
Renter Requirements: Must be 25 years of age to rent. If under 25 years of age you must have your parent with you.
All new décor: art, paint, rugs, lighting, and furniture
We do not accept traveler or cashier checks. Payments must be made by renter staying on property. Renter must stay on property.
