Beautiful beach. Beautiful condo w lovely views and comfy beds. The inlets at Norriego Point were perfect for the kids. Joan was easy to communicate with and prompt to answer our questions. We had a wonderful vacation!

The condo was perfect for us, especially since we had two grandchildren with us who could run and play. It could use some updates but it is ok for a vacation stay. The only problem is the noise from bars across the water, but the sound machines offer distraction. The unit was clean, had got water and was spacious and sunny. Access to the beach was great!

The Space was great. The View was unbelievable specially at night and convenience to Boshamps & AJ's was awesome too.
Everything was better than expected:
Except the bathrooms and walkability to an actual beach. The beach area right off the property is built up and there are no actual waves as that beach area is just an inlet and not exposed to the gulf.
Would definitely stay there again if we didn't care about walking out and playing in waves.

One of the largest condo's in the gated building complex, nothing larger! On the Beach with 2 living areas, living room plus den (not all 3 bedrooms have dens.) All condos with dens are 2190 square feet. Plenty of room to spread out.
Day or night the amazing breathtaking panoramic views from each room will take you to another place of amazement and relaxation! The floor to ceiling windows in every room which includes Gulf, East Pass and Destin Harbor water views and two separate large spacious balconies overlooking the precious emerald waters of the Emerald Coast with views of the Destin Harbor, where there are many marinas and also home to the largest fishing fleet in the United States. This condominium sits between Destin Harbor and the Destin East Pass meet - this stunning location only few have where you can enjoy the views day and night watching the boat traffic move about in the harbor and entering the mouth of East Pass which leads into the Gulf of Mexico. In the evening watch the amazing breathtaking sun set from your private patio/balcony. Then as dusk falls into the night the harbors lights light up the skyline, leaving the lights to reflect off of the shimmering water never leaving you in the dark. What a view for you to enjoy anytime day or night!
The 5th floor condo has it all and no Palm trees to block your view. Your professional grade kitchen with granite offers a full suite of stainless-steel appliances, all the cookware, dishes, glassware and more to prepare for a big feast you will also find thoughtful items such as a blender, coffee maker, Keurig. toaster, electric griddle, roasting pan & crockpot with auto turn to warm when done are also provided.
You have 2 separate spacious balconies with over 660 sq. ft to take in the breath taking views of the Destin Harbor and East Pass while dining or just watching the boats come in and out at all times of the day and night. All the rooms have an amazing water view. Your view off the main balcony is of the Gulf, Choctawhatchee Bay, East Pass and the Harbor with its amazing 360 view. This unit is designed for luxury beach living.
The family room has a Lazy Boy sofa queen sleeper with an upgraded mattress for comfort, with a privacy door separating it from the living room. Available upon request there are are two twin floor mattresses with mattress stands. Let us know and we will put them out for your use.
All units in the building have availability to 2 parking spaces, my guests will have access to 1 covered parking space and 1 additional parking space available in the parking lot next to the building. In condo 504 you won't have to bring sandy wet beach items to your condo, you have the luxury of dropping it off in the a storage closet in the garage where you will find a beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas and more.
Destin East Pass Towers conveniently located on the very tip of Destin's Holiday Isle overlooking the point and Norriego Point Beach. The complex offers an ocean front pool and hot tub as well as the beautiful white sand beaches on the banks of Destin's East Pass. Relax on the private beach or meander over to Norriego Point beach where there are 4 gulf water inlets pools to enjoy on Florida's Emerald Coast, which gets its name from its beautiful, clear green emerald water Mid March thru late September (there are lifeguards on duty seasonally).
Starting May 23rd - August 15 require minimum 5 night stays. Other dates require 3 night stays.

No pets of any type allowed, fines enforced of $800.00 per pet.
Must be 25 years of age to rent. If under 25 years of age you must have your parent with you. All new paint, flooring, lighting and furniture.
Cancelation policy for Sept 16- May 05: 100% refund up to 30 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival.
Cancelation Policy for May 05 - Sept 15: Travelers who cancel at least 45 days before check-in receive a refund of a 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 45 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. 30 day from check-in no refunds will be given. Regardless of dates, reservations 20 night or longer are 100% non-refundable.
You are required to pay state and county taxes of 12%, it will show up on a separate line on your invoice. If not included on certain website you will be required to pay it separately.
