Shoreline Garden Townhomes, Destin, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

Our family has been going to Destin for 30 years, staying at the same place every year. This was our first venture into a new place and we LOVED it! All 8 of us voted to return here the next time we vacation in Destin. Kathy was so hospitable and easy to work with. The home had everything we could want and we really liked the privacy and quiet of this townhome versus a condominium.

Wow, what an amazing time we have had yet again this year at this gorgeous, cozy place. It literally has EVERYTHING you need and so convenient because your so close to everything. It's super clean and smelt amazing as we entered. You literally have all the toys, wagon, beach chairs and umbrella, etc. that you would need! We decided to grill 2 nights and everything we needed was organized and there! So thankful for another wonderful year here!!!!

We have stayed at Mrs Kathy’s condo several times and we enjoy it every time it’s perfect with the 3 bedrooms each having their own baths 1 master bedroom with king size bed and then the other 2 rooms each have 2 full size beds the kitchen is fully stocked with any and every type of cooking equipment you could possibly need every kind of small appliance you might need large living room and dining room private patio with grill for outside cooking you have access to the swimming pool which is steps away and only a short walk to the beautiful beach This condo is basically a turn key job you can show up with only your suitcase and food and have everything else you need

We've been going to Destin for many, many years and have stayed various places, including other townhomes at Shoreline. By far, Kathy's home is our favorite! Everything you need for a perfect family vacation is provided; beach chairs, beach toys and especially the fully stocked kitchen for these Cajun cooks! Kathy is great to work with too. This was our 3rd year here and we plan to return for many more years of fun & memory making.

We've been to Destin countless times, and this location was the absolute BEST! Our teens loved having their very own bedroom/bathroom/balcony suites! The kitchen is my happy place, and this kitchen was fully stocked and a pleasure to cook in away from home. We enjoyed the breeze on the fenced in private back porch with ample seating and loved the easy access of the private front porch just feet from the pool entrance! It was so nice to have access to beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, wagons, you name it, no detail was overlooked. Highly recommend this beautiful, quiet, private area! This beautiful condo and it's hospitable owners made it very difficult to leave!

Our teens loved having their own suites with a balcony and so much privacy upstairs! I enjoyed all the seating on the back porch - perfect place to catch up on reading! Loved the super quick and easy access to the pool and beach and the beach essentials that the owners leave for your use - chairs, toys, boogie boards, etc. The kitchen is my happy place and the kitchen here was so nice I WANTED to cook and clean while on vacation!!! The owner was extremely helpful and hospitable! Highly recommend! All five gold stars all the way around!!!

Couldn't have picked a better location to take our family. The beach was gorgeous and there was so much to do with little drive time! The condo and its owners were amazing! I'd deff recommend staying at Shoreline Garden Townhomes unit #3 if ever visiting Destin! The kids loved having their own private balcony attached to their rooms. The Townhome has its own beach access within a gated community. The location of the swimming pool was also another plus. Having a 2 year old who needs naps etc the short walks to and from the pool and beach were greatly appreciated!! The owners were very helpful and only a call/text away during our stay. Such an awesome vacation home and wonderful place to make priceless memories ??! Highly recommended!

This is by far the nicest, most accommodating condo we have encountered while vacationing & after our first visit, have been coming back to Kathy's condo for the last several years! We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived this Summer to the gorgeous remodel!! The location is perfect ~ close to the Harbor Docks & other great restaurants, shopping as well a very short walk to excellent local eateries & market. You can't beat the pristine Emerald Coast beach or the pool which is right out the door. All the amenities you would ever need and then some are provided along with one of our favorites ~ The Green Egg for grilling! We have created many family vacation memories here & are always ready to come back! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Wow, this place makes you feel right at home and is so cozy!!!! very clean, has everything you need, very close to everything such as restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, etc. highly recommend it to anyone and was a perfect get away for our family vacation! very easy straight walk to the beach also!!

This condo exceeded our expectations !! Beautiful from top to bottom! Everything you needed from the blow dryer to kitchen utensils she had it ! All we needed was our clothes , food and beach towels ! The beach chairs, beach toys and wagons ( to haul our things to the pool / beach ) were a great added bonus !! Couldn't ask for a better place to stay ! The restaurants and clubs were all near by as well. Will definitely be back ??????

WOW!! We’ve stayed on the beach for years and this by far was the best!! Perfect location near stores and restaurants. Condo was spectacular! Very spacious and high end! Special touch like the beach chairs and kitchen was stocked better than my home. Definitely recommend to anyone- we be back!!

This townhome is absolutely beautiful, immaculately clean and very well maintained. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and more. Really appreciated little details like the beach chairs. It is definitely a one of a kind and very spacious for a family of 9. We will definitely consider it our future vacation beach home.
