Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

The condo had everything we needed, and Stan was very easy to communicate with. The place is as pictured and was close to all the stores, restaurants, and shopping. The staff at the desk was also very friendly and helpful. We did pay for beach service, however the chairs and umbrellas Stan provided were used much more than the service. Thanks for an excellent stay! We will definitely visit the area again!

CONDO OVERVIEW
Welcome to Holiday Surf & Racquet Club!
This property is located in Holiday Isle, which is a peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor. Holiday Isle has 2+ miles of paved walking and biking trails and is surrounded by quiet neighborhoods with easy access to a plethora of dining, shopping, and activity options, including the Destin Harbor Boardwalk and Destin Commons.
Holiday Surf & Racquet Club has a heated pool (if the pool temperature falls below 80 degrees, the heater turns on), 2 lighted, recently resurfaced tennis/pickleball courts, BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, gated entry, pool table, exercise rooms, saunas, and 300' of private beach access that is steps away from the condo. In addition, beach service is provided for $25/day, but we provide all the beach gear (chairs, umbrella, towels, toys) that you would need in the condo!
This 2BR/2BA condo is on the 4th floor and is recently remodeled with an updated kitchen, some new furniture, tile flooring throughout, an in unit washer and dryer, and rustic, beachy décor. It features a fully stocked, remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining space with seating for 6. The living room features Gulf views, a Queen sleeper sofa, and plenty of seating around a 58" Smart TV with cable for all your streaming needs. From the living room, step onto the private balcony that offers sensational views of the Gulf, pool, and tennis courts. Soak in the Gulf views while watching the kids play in the pool below! The master bedroom also has balcony access and features Gulf views, a King bed, TV w/ cable, private bathroom, and closet. Down the hall, the guest room has bunk beds (Full + Twin =perfect for the kids!), TV w/ cable, private bathroom, and closet.
Between the quiet neighborhood, all the property amenities, the beautiful private beach, and the Gulf views from this remodeled condo, this is the perfect place for your beach vacation!
