The spacious second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, as well as, a large closet with an extra small beach umbrella with 2 beach chairs. The updated guest bathroom features a large soaking tub/shower combo.
For early risers, witness "The World's Luckiest Fishing Village" deep-sea fishing fleet departing daily through Destin’s East Pass, a sight not to be missed.
The HSRC condominium complex offers an array of amenities, including

But here’s the best part 300 feet of private beach, one of the largest on Holiday Isle! No hotels or high-rise condos are allowed in this area making our area feel more private and much less crowded! Plus, enjoy complimentary beach service (March 1 - Oct 31), providing 2 chairs and 1 umbrella daily.
For convenience, open-air stairs are just outside the door, offering direct access to the beach and parking lot. Once you experience the comfort and beauty of Unit 723, you'll find it hard to leave and insist on this unit for future visits! Please note, this unit (including the balcony), and entire complex is non-smoking ensuring a clean and healthy environment for all guests. There is a designated smoking area with seating provided in the front of the building. NO PETS are allowed for rental guests.
