Islander Condo #110, Destin, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

This is one of the best condos I have stayed it here at the islander. Will definitely be back.

The unit we stayed in was steps from the pool and just a short walk to the beach but the house was so perfect that we hung out there a lot. There are beach toys and chairs in the closet. Books to read on the shelf and more in the laundry room. DVD on the bookshelf and laundry room too! The beds were comfy. The kitchen fully stocked. If I ever go back to Destin, I would stay at this place again. We did not encounter a single negative thing at the rental.

We thought the Islander was EXCELLENT! Location and accessibility to beach was great . Pools were nice and clean. Room had everything we could ever need for a stay. Although next time I think we will opt for a room with washer and dryer in the unit itself. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Great stay! Comfortable unit stocked w/everything you need. Easy access to pool and beach. Beach service is a plus! The only thing missing is unit washer/dryer to avoid taking home wet suits!

Condo was nicely decorated and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, updated appliances, and utensils.
Beds were comfortable, but the living room furniture needs updating.
I am renting this same unit next year.

The furnishings were good, and the master bed is so comfortable.
Two pools, two hot tubs and a beautiful stretch of beach - what else could we ask for.
Enjoyed the convenience of a ground floor unit - quick and easy access to the beach and pool.

The actual unit was a bit outdated but was clean. Being on the 1st floor was very convenient. The islander as a whole was great. The only complaint I have is the laundry room was not kept (same left behind clothing stacked in the same place for a week) and more than 1/2 of the washers and dryers were broken. The staff was very friendly and was always helpful.

The condo was very nice and we enjoyed out stay very much. Everyone was nice and the condo was well kept with all the things we needed for the week. I noticed the complaints in the review and it seems they took care of everything that was mentioned. We had no complaints and will definitely stay again!!

We’ve stayed here for the past 10 years and are so happy each and every time. The rooms are always clean and the amenities are nice. Having the umbrella and 2 chairs is very nice to have and not have to lag them back and forth from the room to the beach. The only recommendation I have is lowering the heat on the hot tubs, they were to the point of it being painful to get it. I met a few different families that felt the same as us concerning the hot tub.

Pools were heated and comfortable for our March stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Love the outdoor cooking area. Unit was clean with all the comforts

Staff was outstanding and the unit was in a Great condition the bed was amazingly comfortable .
The location close to the pool and beach access made our stay extremely pleasant

Condo was ok but wasn’t platinum status. Condo needs a new mattress for the sofa sleeper. It was springs only, no one could sleep on it. New bedding comforters needed. The inside was coming out of the one in the 2nd bedrm. Rugs throughout the condo needed. No pot holders. The fridge did not get real cold.

The Islander is a great place to stay in Destin. Great price and location.

We really enjoyed staying at The Islander. We were very pleased with the location of the unit. We would definitely consider staying there again!

It was awesome! I really can't say enough about how great the stay was! The only thing is I wish the TV's in the bedrooms were hung but other than that amazing

Our family had an amazing time at the Islander in Destin Florida. The condo was very nice and clean. We will definitely be back. This unit walks out to the pool entrance and a short walk to the beach.

Beautiful unit everything we needed was there, only had to pickup a few things at the store coffee filters, Kleenex. Bed very comfortable. Living room furniture needs to be replaced. The couch and loveseat very uncomfortable cushions very worn
