Condo was beautiful and views of sunset that can’t be beat! Easy access to beach and elevators. Great beach for walking! Had issues with oven not keeping temperature which they are aware of. We just opted for it to be taken care of after we left.

We had a multi-generational family vacation at Jade East and we had a fabulous time. The condo was beautiful and fairly spacious. Ocean views and a few short steps out to the beach, which wasn't overly crowded. It was disappointing to find no beach towels for ocean or pool use. There were no pails, boogie boards, or snorkel equipment either.

The unit was amazing. The location is close to everything, and the beach is right outside your window with a great view and a 1 min walk from the elevators. Everything was as advertised. Make sure to double-check the provided codes before you plan to use the beach or the fitness center. We were given the incorrect codes and weren't able to access these areas until a nearby security guard saw us and provided them to us. I also had an email out to get these from Elevation and they responded within minutes, so this wasn't an issue at all. The only other drawback we had was that we were very unlucky in the timing of our booking. One of the units near us was going through what sounded like a renovation or construction and each day starting around 8:30-9am was consistent sawing and drilling sounds that were impossible to tune out. There wasn't much that could be done about it due to it being a condo. I would say if you are planning to work remotely or do coursework from the unit you should check ahead to see if there will be construction nearby. If you don't plan to spend much time during the day (8:30am - 5pm) in the unit, you will be fine. Again, this was an amazing trip for my husband and we would recommend staying in this unit.

This Unit was nothing of just AMAZING. Michelle answer my call each time and she was polite and super kind. The unit had everything we needed. Close to many places to eat, shop, drink. Now lets talk about the view, OMG the view from the 16th floor was soooooo amazing, I did not want to leave. There are grills down by the pool area if you want to cookout. This gorgeous gulf front condo is in the heart of the Emerald Coast – Destin, Florida. Enjoy Jade East’s private white beach with a refreshment stand, large swimming pool (heated in the winter), hot tubs, a lighted tennis court, basketball court, a fitness room, private parking, a gated entrance, grilling stations and green space, too.
Our Jade East 1640 offers guests 3 bedrooms suites, providing sleeping for up to 10 people comfortably. Choose from 2 king master suites and another suite with two queen beds – all of which have the amenities you’d expect and the extras like super-soft cotton sheets, quits and pillows, flat screen TVs, extra seating, and oversized closets we know helps you feel at home.
Located on the 16th floor with 180-degree ocean views and views of the bay, Jade East 1640 has a “ 40 stack” open floor plan, giving guests ample space for entertaining or relaxation.
The spacious living room has large, floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing warm light in from dusk to dawn. Though we have a large, flatscreen TV and comfortable seating, we bet you’ll spend much of your time on the oversized balcony enjoying those breathtaking water views of the Gulf Coast.
There’s seating for 8 at the dining table and 4 more at the bar with extra chairs should you need them. The large, open kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay and a few extras. With spacious cabinets, granite countertops, a stainless-steel refrigerator, a separate ice maker and of course, a toaster, hand mixer, dishes, flatware, professional cookware, Keurig K-Cup coffee maker and a regular drip coffee maker – this kitchen/dining combo is perfect for entertaining.
You’ll find high-end furnishings, finishes and lighting in every room, and free WIFI too.
KING MASTER SUITE WITH GULF VIEWS
With floor-to-ceiling windows guests of this king master suite will enjoy ocean views from three perspectives. With comfy sheets, pillows, and quilt, two nightstands anchor the king-sized bed, guests also will enjoy a large flat screen TV, and walk-in closet in the beautiful private en-suite bathroom.
This oversized bathroom features beautiful tile work throughout, an extra-large Granite vanity with two sinks and a separate toilet. There also is a jetted tub, a large custom glass shower and a hair dryer for guests.
DOUBLE QUEEN SUITE WITH VIEWS OF THE BAY
This bright and spacious bedroom with 2 queen size beds is in the center of the condo, also with comfy Egyptian cotton sheets, pillows, and quilt. It has a large window with distant views of the bay. A dresser and double closet in this room provides ample space for guests. The full bath is next door, with the ability to close the pocket door to the hallway for a private suite. This bathroom has a granite vanity with sink, a beautifully tiled tub/shower, and a hair dryer.
KING MASTER SUITE WITH VIEWS OF THE BAY
Located at the front of the condo, this king master suite with soft sheets, pillows, and a quilt have a large flat screen TV, too. Double windows offer distant views of the Bay. Nightstands anchor the bed and a dresser, in addition to the large closet, gives guests ample space. The full bath has a Granite vanity with sink, toilet, a tiled tub/shower combo and a personal hair dryer.
Two twin-size rollaway beds are provided for additional sleeping as well as a full-size washer and dryer.
Nearby activities and attractions include countless restaurants such as Another Broken Egg for breakfast, Dewey’s for lunch and the Marina Café (upscale dining) for dinner. Destin Commons and The Silver Sands Outlet mall are less than 20 minutes away!
