Our home is thoughtfully curated to reflect the special characteristics of the Emerald Coast and implements them into your everyday life. Recurring themes of neutral, elegant tones, interesting textures and smart design will be sure to make you and your family feel right at home! The main living area features an open floorplan with the living room, kitchen and dining room all flowing one right after the other for ease of communication and style. Gather around our large Smart TV and sink into any of the comfortable sofas. There is plenty of seating for all!

The chef in your family will appreciate the state of the art kitchen we have created. Ample counter space, brand new stainless appliances and all the tools and gadgets for creating a wonderful meal are just the beginning! There are 8 seats around our large dining table and 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Easily the most spectacular space in this home is the balcony off of the main living area where you can relax with a drink and enjoy the view of this serene neighborhood and the Gulf.

Once the day is done, retire to any of our comfortable bedrooms. The master suite is complete with a king size bed, walk in closet, private balcony, large flats screen TV and an ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom features his and her sinks, a large soaking tub and a separate shower. The first guest bedroom is similarly appointed with a king size bed, Smart TV, generous closet space and serene views. The second bedroom has two beds (queen and full), a Smart TV and a closet. The third guest bedroom is a great space for kids with two twin over twin bunks, closet space, a Smart TV, in addition, all bedrooms have access to full bathrooms. For your convenience, this home also offers a full size laundry room with washer, dryer, sink and cabinet space.

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, copy of drivers licenses, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are given if your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, less a $250 cancellation fee. There is no refund if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
