Leeward Key 301 - 4 BR, Miramar Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for my wedding week!! Carl was so accommodating and was quick to answer any questions I had! 

Beach location is ideal - stroll out the front door and across the crosswalk and there is a beach side pool with easy access to beach. Chairs and umbrella are included. Beautiful beach, beautiful sunsets! Condo is spacious and well decorated with a well equiped kitchen. There are 2 pools, bbq area, washer/dryer and adequate parking. You are close to stores, restaurants and activities. Carl promptly answered any questions we had and provided us with easy check in. The ice machine is fabulous but be prepared to bring most of your amenities like toilet paper, kleenex, bath soap, dishwashing pods etc. Trash bags were provided.

Great location near the beach. Good restaurants nearby. Place is as described. 

Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The condo was very clean. We could not have asked for a better location to relax and hang out with the family after a long day at the beach. Nice quiet area with a lot of restaurants and stores near by. I would definitely recommend booking with Carl! I will be staying here again myself in the future, when I’m back in the area!

We slept our family of 8 very comfortably. The place is tucked on the corner of the building so traffic and noise was very very low. We liked the two pools and private beach access. And Carl was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

It’s in the perfect location. Close to restaurants and shopping. Looking forward to staying here again.

Loved the chairs and umbrella provided by the owner. Spacious and clean. Kenny D’s restaurant is conveniently located next door and was a great lunch spot. With a friendly staff.
