Our stay at this unit was wonderful. We have stayed in other units at this property before and this one may be our favorite! The guest bedroom was perfect for two of our sons while the master was big enough to also place a full size crib, a rental, as suggested by the hosts. Everything was very clean and I just loved the sheets and comforter in the master. Thanks for a great week! (VRBO Review)

Always rent at Leeward Key for the location. Love this unit and will rent again in the future.

Thanks so much for letting us stay at your 12th floor condo! Really enjoyed our stay at 1203 Leeward Key! Condo was clean and Amazing with magnificent views of the gulf. As soon as you open the door you see the gulf. The condo was more than adequately equipped with everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation! Comfortable beds and furniture, 2 pools to choose from and the beach right across the street! 2 great restaurants with in walking distance, Kenny D's right next door and Captain Dave's right across the street. Definitely would and hope to stay there again!

This property was lovely and as advertised. The beach was close enough for my elderly mom to walk to and the area was less busy than the heart of Destin -- perfect for what we needed. We are so glad we found this rental. It was the perfect stay for our family of two adults, 1 tween, and 1 elementary-age child. The pictures on the listing are super accurate. The condo was spotless upon check-in. Beds were comfy. Towels were plentiful and the kitchen was well stocked. The beach chair process was easy and a great addition to the booking. The only thing I believe future renters should be aware of is the fact that even on the 12th floor the road noise travels, ESPECIALLY on karaoke night at the beach bar next door. It wasn’t a problem for us and it didn’t affect my rating, but you’ll want to be prepared with a noise machine if you have little ones or are a light sleeper. We are already trying to figure out a return trip!

This property is fantastic. Since you are up on the 12th floor you have a perfect view of the beach and ocean. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was also well stocked with pots, pans, etc. so we were able to cook a few nights which was nice. The only issue we had was the combination to the door provided wasn’t correct so we weren’t able to get into the condo at first. But we called the listed number and they got us a new code within 10 minutes. Would definitely stay here again!

Dreamy condo right across from the beach. I thought the street below might be kind of noisy but it wasn’t, all you could hear were the waves. It was so relaxing and wonderful! Also immaculately clean. Great space to come with some friends. We will be back for sure!

We have visited Destin for many years now but this was the first time using this condo. Excellent experience. Unit was very clean and ready for on time check in. Located within walking distance of several great restaurants. Beach chair rental service was outstanding. A great experience for our whole family. Would for sure stay here again and recommend to anyone.

This was a great spot - super convenient, and literally right across the street from the beach. Loved being on the 12th floor facing the beach - fantastic views! The condo was very comfortable. Agree with other reviewers that the kitchen was well appointed - they even had muffin tins, a cheese grater, and a blender (I had brought my own in anticipation that these would not be available). The beach service that is included does make things very easy, and my daughter especially enjoyed both pools. Decided we liked the one behind the building better, as there were fewer people and the pool is larger. Owner is very clear about what's included and what you should bring: beach towels, spare TP, for example. Instructions are provided for pretty much everything! The internet went out twice while we were there, each time for about three hours -- I mention this only if you're aiming to work remotely, as you'll want to make sure your hotspot works. Hopefully everyone is coming here to close laptops and enjoy. The water and the beach are just beautiful!

First time renting through these folks but have stayed at Leeward Key for about 20+ years. I have no complaints; the condo was beautiful and location was perfect. Check In and Out process was easy and email contacts were friendly. Having a pool directly on the beach simply cannot be beat. Will be back!

This property was the perfect location for our family who are not big into all the commercialism. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and the regular stores are only a 10 min drive. The view is amazing and the property has its own private beach, pool and pool on the beach. I definitely would recommend this place it was very clean, modern and safe.

Just finished a week at 1203 Leeward Key. My family and I had a great time. It’s a very convenient location. Easy walk to the beach. Beach service was a plus having a home base. My kids loved the pool in the back as it was quiet and they could have fun without worry. Would come back for sure.

We normally rent a house but this condo was clean, convenient, and well maintained.

This was a nice place to stay! Very clean, great location. Still had beach chairs and umbrellas in the off season. Close to restaurants, plenty of shopping! Already checking dates to go again.

This unit was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and had an incredible view!

The property was in a great location and everything was as described in the listing. It was clean and well stocked when we arrived. We did not have any issues during the stay. Beach access was great! We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Leeward Key. The place was just as advertised and very clean. This was our first vacation since the pandemic began, and we were so pleased with the experience. Beautiful view of the beach from the condo, and took less than 5 minutes to get on the beach. We always arrived early enough to have a pair of chairs and umbrella ready for us. The pools at Leeward Key were clean and not too crowded. Renee was very responsive to our concerns. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our time at this property! It had a wonderful view of the beach and was fully stocked. The shower head in the master bath is no joke and felt more like a fire hose. It would have been nice if you could adjust that and if the jets worked on the tub. Overall it was still a great place and we would be happy to stay there again! I also wanted to acknowledge the owners were very great to work with and came over immediately to drop off more wrist bands when we realized they had not been left by the previous renters.

All I can say is Wow! From beginning to end my stay was perfect. Check in is as easy as going home, you just get there and go on up and walk in the door. I always had luggage carts when I needed them both for unloading luggage, groceries and shopping excursions. You can really load those up and they glide almost effortlessly. My condo was really decorated stylishly and it was spotless. Considering this was a pet friendly condo there was no pet hair anywhere. The view was really stunning! Whether you were relaxing in the living room, on the balcony or lying in bed, beautiful aquamarine just filled the room. The master bed was very comfortable and the linens clean and coordinated and was everything in the condo. Nice little coffee pot made good coffee, all appliances upper grade, everything I needed to cook alittle was in the kitchen, and all my favorite restaurants in walking distance. You don't even have to get back on 98 to go to the grocery if you don't want to. Side streets take you right into the Publix parking lot. There were bikes to use although I didn't get to ride this trip, but I did utilize the sidewalks in the area and free beach chairs. The manager is always available to answer questions promptly. You get an exquisite experience at Leeward Key and my senses were overwhelmed. Thank you so much for a great week!

We had a good experience at Leeward Keys because private beach access was so easy and close to the unit. The two pools were another bonus. After spending the day at the beach and pools,, three restaurants are within walking distance. Owners were professional and quick to respond to questions/concerns. Unit was clean and comfortable. Beautiful, unobstructed ocean views. I saw a dolphin & a Ray one morning from the balcony. Well equipped kitchen. Nice furnishings. Modern appliances. We loved everything and had a wonderful time. The two beach chairs daily was a bonus. I have zero complaints and will return. The property owners are quick to reply to your questions. Check in is easy. The master bedroom is fabulous with the best view of the beach to wake up to each day. Comfortable beds. Extremely happy with our choice to stay here. So thankful that we were able to bring our dog with us.

This was our best vacation ever. The condo was beautiful, perfect location, loved the view. Couldn’t get any better. Weather was great. Great friends traveled to Destin also so overall we had an amazing time. I would definitely rent the condo again. It Truly was amazing. Check in was a super easy process and the condo was very clean and well appointed. We didn’t have any issues with noise despite it being college spring break. Beach access is directly across the street and it was really nice to have chairs and an umbrella included. The views are absolutely amazing! We would certainly stay again and have already recommended the condo to our friends who are looking for a place in Destin.  [🙂]

We have stayed in this building last year. It has all the amenities one would desire.heated pool , great view, washer and dryer, Well furnished kitchen. We plan on making reservations soon for Thanksgiving. You will not retreat stay in this unit.

Great place, had everything we needed, very clean, even included soap, TP, so we didn’t have to run right to the store. Very comfortable master bed with an awesome view of the gulf. Watch the sun come up and set. Nice private balcony too. Other bedroom had roomy accommodations as well with queen and twin bed in it. Plenty of space. We will go back for sure😎

This was our first family visit to Destin. Yes, the view in the picture is exactly what you get! Awesome and 12 stories up. We got use to the height as the week went on. The private pool and beach are right across the street, which is very convenient. The backyard and walking paths help with dog care. (Bags provided for dog waste) The condo was clean and well stocked with kitchen tools and bathroom towels. We had brought extra paper supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates, baggies, foil) as was recommended. It was a little chilly during our week there (heard that was unusual) but we still found plenty to do. There were many great restaurants close by, as well as shopping and a movie theater. We also found time to play mini-golf, ride dune buggies, and race go-carts. Very fun! We may return...Thanks for a great stay in Destin!

Leeward key was awesome. This was my first trip to Destin and I came with a few girls I work with. The white, sugary sand and crystal blue water was amazing! Sunrises and sunsets are so beautiful here. The condo is across the street from the beach but a super short walk and was less inconvenient than I expected it to be. We had beautiful weather the whole week other than a couple of slightly cloudy days. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Added bonus not to have to keep up with a room key, just the code to get in. Everything we needed/wanted was a very short drive from our room. I would absolutely stay here again! :)

My husband and i celebrated our 26th wedding anniversary enjoying the beautiful view from the 12th floor. The condo was cozy and had everything we needed for a weeks stay.We really enjoyed both pools and great beach service . We plan on coming back every year !
