Great condo! We brought our own chairs and toys but that is not necessary as this condo provides those for you! They don’t have everything but have a good selection. Also provide an air mattress if needed. Would stay again for sure! (VRBO Review)

My husband and I had a relaxing stay! I loved waking up to to the beautiful multi-colored blues of the Gulf!! Our days were spent enjoying the 6th floor balcony, afternoons on the beach, and nights in comfortable beds!! Great vacation!!

A great condo that was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. The balcony has comfortable furniture to relax. Both bedrooms has fans and smart TV. All areas of the property was quickly accessible. A pleasant surprise was a restaurant and bar just steps away. The only negative which is a preference was the guest bed was very firm. The linens were crisp and clean. Absolutely a wonderful condo, highly recommend.

Unit 605 was absolutely beautiful. Great location and proximity to beach. Will stay here again if unit as available! Heartbroken for the area of Florida that Ian hit, but we were blessed with beautiful weather. A little windy but that was all. (VRBO Review)

From the moment we walked in to the condo, we knew we would be back! The condo was very clean and perfect accommodations for our family of four. The view was amazing! I am already planning our next trip!! We usually stay in Grayton, but will be staying here from now on! I can’t say enough about the location on the property. It was everything we needed and more!

The communication from staff regarding check-in/check out was clear and easy. The condo was in a great location with easy access to pool & beach. It was fully stocked with pretty much anything you would need for the week. We were pleasantly surprised there were plenty of water toys (boogie boards, sand pail kit, rafts, etc.). It really helped make our trip fun and enjoyable as we didn’t need to run to the store to buy it all. The condo was decorated nicely with many amenities (board games, Roku’s, iron/board, blender, etc.). The condo bldg itself, could use some cleaning and minor updates. The carts were extremely helpful in unloading and loading and parking was very sufficient. Access to two pools was a plus. Laura (representative) was extremely helpful and friendly!! Would definitely recommend and we will for sure come again!

We had a great time at Leyward Key (605)! The condo was beautiful and very comfortable!! We loved the views from the balcony and the very easy walk to the pool and beach! For sure, we will make this our Miramar Beach destination!

Rental met all expectations, easy access to condo and beach, short drive to all restaurants/stores. Would definitely consider returning on a future vacation.

The view was fantastic. Access to the ocean was very easy. We enjoyed both pools. We cooked out on the grill four times. Oldest family member has a hip problem so the elevator was a must have. Close to a lot of fun attractions that we really enjoyed. We’re already planning a repeat for next year!

We stay in Destin at least once a year and have stayed at many condos. This view, location and the condo were one of the top ones we’ve ever stayed at. Renee was wonderful to work with, and the whole experience was seamless.

Had a very good time at this property! It was clean, up to date, and had wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Easy access to the beach and came with umbrellas and chairs. Probably the most dog-friendly place we've rented on VRBO. Will be back 100%

Great view from this unit! The furnishings were very nice and we found everything just ask The listing mentioned. Loved the little extras. Its nice to have a foot stool in the living area to relax after a long day in the sun.The pool on the beach is a real bonus. We would stay here again!

We absolutely enjoyed ourselves so much we asked to book an extra day! The condo is beautifully decorated! It was super clean! The view was awesome! Beds were comfy! Furniture was super comfortable! Nice touches like the glass marble checkers/chess, telescope, 3 wake boards! Outdoor patio couch was a very nice touch compared to other condos with just regular chairs and table. Saying it was pet friendly is not giving themselves enough credit. There were doggie bowls provided, a beautiful hook at the door for leashes and such, they have small square wire affixed the the balcony railing for you super small pets to stay safe. All three ladies were more than accommodating to all our questions. We will 100% stay here again!

To start off, shout out to Renee for letting us checkin at noon. We had been on the road since 4 am and were exhausted!!! Thankfully the condo was ready for us. Location was great! Sitting on the couch you’d think you were on the beachfront. It’s newly renovated, beautifully done. It was our first vacation with Tucker our dog and it was the perfect place. Next door, Kenny D’s was dog friendly in the bar. Beds are super comfortable and portable fans in both rooms, loved that!! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Beach access is steps away.

Perfect location, beautifully decorated, super clean! Could not have asked for anything better! My dog loved the breezes on the patio, too :)

The condo was so nice and laura and renee are wonder ful to work with.  But really so neat and comfortable. Favorite was the awesome patio set for sitting and talking the night away with friends.
