Second time staying at Sandy Assets with each trip for two weeks. Very nice condo and area to stay. Also enjoy the beach setup that is included with the remtal. We like Leeward Key and already have reservations for two weeks next spring.

We have stayed in multiple units in Leeward Key condominium and this unit is by far the best unit in Leeward and the best 2 bedroom we have ever rented. It was just the two of us and we were completely amazed with the renovations! Everything was brand new and boy did they hit a home run with this 7th floor corner unit. You literally wake up to southern views of the beach and then there is a huge window that also faces west...so you can see the sunset. The shiplap walls and matching barn doors (all the doors are barn doors) were a thing of beauty. We want this design at our house! We will certainly be back. Thank you Josh for answering our questions so rapidly!

My family has been coming to Destin for 20 years. This is our 5 unit, 7 times total, staying at Leeward Key. The property itself is wonderful. It has ample private parking with 2 pools, one with ocean view that has private cabana which buildings wifi extends to and the other pool slightly larger with 2 grills (1 charcoal, 1 gas), private beach access, small gym (which I used, not many do) and close accessibility to everything Destin offers. Unit #702 is Fabulous! Beautifully remodeled, great designer appointments with gorgeous views of beach and Gulf. We stayed 2 weeks this time; first time staying in this unit. Owners have thought of everything including great dishes, cookware, bakeware (rarity), comfortable, homey vibe, good beds and immediate assistance if needed. Reserved 2 chairs, table and umbrella on beach come with rental price so please keep in mind how much you are saving just for that if it matters to you because it does save you several hundred dollars per week. I’m very sorry to hear Destin passed ordinance to not allow pets for rentals beginning in Aug because Leeward Key has always been best place to bring your pet. But that won’t stop me from coming back and staying at ‘Sandy Assets’ again. Wonderful unit and I highly recommend for your family. Thank you Josh and Jay. I’ll see you back in Florida soon. Your family will have an awesome beach vacation when staying at Sandy Assets. This 7th floor family friendly unit has been completely remodeled from top to bottom in a modern Coastal Cottage theme. "Unbelievable" views of the stunning Emerald Coast are available from the living room and the spacious corner unit master bedroom (both south and west - sunset views). No expense was spared during the remodeling of this condo. Sandy Assets features 2 king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a queen sized Murphy bed in the living room. Designer touches include custom artwork, high-end furniture, stainless appliances, and recessed LED lighting through-out the gourmet eat-in kitchen. Every room has a 70" smart tv. Come live the "High-Life" at Sandy Assets.
Leeward Key is a highly desired, Gulf Front, 12 story condo building with stunning Gulf views and a private beach. It is one of the few Destin area properties with a pool right on the beach! The (seasonally-heated) pool has restrooms, outdoor showers and wifi. There is an additional pool on the north side of the condo building which has outdoor gas BBQ grills. Leeward Key also has an onsite Fitness Facility, snack/DVD vending machines, on-site bike rentals and 2 elevators servicing its 12 floors. It is located next door to Kenny D's Beach Bar & Grill and across the street from Capt. Dave's Seafood on The Gulf.
