The entire experience was excellent, from the booking to the check out. Andree, the property manager, was great all the time and made our experience easier and user friendly at all times. We loved the apartment, large rooms and bathrooms, very clean, and in excellent condition. We also loved the easy access to the beach, the beautiful white sand and blue water, the tennis courts, and the easy access to restaurants and shopping just around the corner. I will definitely come back to this place, I am glad I found this Gem. Thanks Andree for everything!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family! Three nice bedrooms, each with King beds and full baths! Exactly what we needed! And the rollaway bed, our young grandsons loved it! The many extra touches provided just enhanced our enjoyment... And Ms Andree', the chocolates in each bedroom had our little granddaughter on the hunt! The nice soaps and canisters on our bathroom counters with facial wipes, etc were very appreciated and enjoyed! As great as everything was it was an added bonus communicating with Ms Andree'! She seemed to always, always be available and ready to answer any question we might've had! We hope to stay here again on our yearly beach vacation! This was honestly the first time we've had enough, more than enough, room to be comfortable while enjoying vacation all together! Everything was perfect! Thank you again for sharing your beach home with us!

 

Very nice and clean condo! The beds are so comfortable. Has everything you need! The beach is beautiful there!

Can't say enough about this property! Clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with anything you needed. Has filtered water and ice machine that tasted great. Easy check in. Property owner was wonderful to talk to and very helpful. We will be staying here again.

Renting this property was a very pleasant experience. The homeowner was great to work with and very helpful.

Good time. Coffee on the patio great in the morning. Every items needed in the kitchen was available. Clean, loved the king size bed.

The condo and grounds were beautiful, and we loved the location right on the beach. The outlets are right across the street for shopping, and there is walking/biking access directly onto the scenic highway. The owners add in some homey touches, which made our stay extra special. We had a wonderful time!

Our family has stayed at Mainsail resort over the past 13 years, and this condo #116, was the best. Owner, Andree, is absolutely great to work with and cares for her clients. She made this an easy and carefree rental and the condo is in a great location. We stayed at this same condo, #116, several years ago, but, new owner Andree's personal touch with the decor and her dedication to her clients is top notch. We've been going to the Destin area for almost 30 years overall, and, this condo stay was one of the best. Highly recommended.

This condo is truly the best condo located in the best spot in Destin! It's centrally located and right across the way from Grocery stores, outlets, and many restaurants. The condo itself is perfect. With 3 large bedrooms (with king beds) and bathrooms that are clean and up to date, it was perfect for our group of 8. They provide extra chairs and play toys to take to the beach including a cooler. The owners make the entire process seamless and checked on us several times during the week. Including letting us know that we could've checked in early the day of our arrival which was huge coming from the west coast.

The best part of this condo is right off the back balcony the access to the beach and pool, both are very close, and very convenient. We enjoyed our stay so much that we can't wait to come back. This is truly the best condo in Destin, with the nicest owners you'll ever meet!

The condo at mainsail was great!! Perfect location with convenient beach location. Everything in the condo was as promised and the owners were very reachable and great to work with!! Our damage deposit was promptly refunded!! We left a few items behind and the owner had the maid service send them to us. Yes!!!! How nice is that?? I will definitely stay at this condo again when we visit Destin. Thanks again Andree for everything!! We made wonderful memories at mainsail!!

We lucked up renting this condo. It was perfect for the 9 guest that stayed in the unit. Andree' made sure we had everything we needed including extra beach chairs, cooler, boards to ride, beach toys, noodles for pool, keurig coffee maker, makeup remover wipes, very comfortable beds and bedding, stand up fans in all 3 bed rooms, a very comfortable (firm mattress) roll away twin bed, plenty of towels in each bathroom, extra spices in the cabinet and great cookware. Walk down your balcony steps to the walkway to the beach which was so easy and close. Great views of the beach from our balcony (even though it's not huge, angle is perfect and shaded for morning coffee). The ocean breeze was wonderful from there also. Andree' had coozies, a beach bag, and detailed information of the surrounding area (where to eat; We love Stinkys Oyster stew and The Red Bar was very unique). Parking was also not a problem as we had 3 vehicles in our group. BTW, pictures don't do it justice. Andree' said it was just purchased and she is in process of remodeling everything. (murphy bed coming soon and a wet bar area with ice machine.) You won't be disappointed you rented this condo. We will be back.

Our family has come to Destin/SanDestin area for the past 25 years and this has been the best condo we've stayed in to date! The furnishings and color scheme create a wonderful environment for relaxation and restoration at the seashore. The owners pay close attention to needs of their guests, and the four generations of our family couldn't have enjoyed our stay more!

The condo was beautifully and comfortably furnished. Even though it wasn't really hot or raining, we appreciated the covered parking. The beach,hot tub and pools were very nice and close. Andree did a great job of explaining everything and keeping in touch. We also appreciated the little extras we found when we got to the condo, in addition to the beach accessories that were so helpful.
