For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Easy access to the beach and everything else we needed was within a two to four mile distance. The host was extremely nice in making sure everything was good and checking in to see if there was anything we needed. I highly recommend this property and we are looking forward to our next stay!

There were just two of us and it was the perfect size - might be a bit crowded for more than that. Not a lot of room to eat/work (if that's what you're using it for) but we made do and had a great time.

Right across the street from the beach. Souvenir shop and ice cream located conveniently on the first floor. Lots of shopping/restaurants within a few mins drive and a few places even within walking distance. Stan was very quick to respond when we had a question about something. Instructions/recommendations about check in, parking, local amenities, etc were probably the most thorough and detailed I’ve ever seen from a host. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo is perfect, great balcony with ocean breeze and beautiful view of the crystal blue water and white sand beach.
This condo is roomy, A/C is perfect, and Stan provides all the amenities. He provides you 6 beach towels, 4 beach chairs, an umberella and a wagon to carry your stuff to the beach, which is so helpful. You really only have to bring your sunscreen because everything else is already there. He even gives you a small cooler to take your drinks to the beach. Having the washer/dryer there is perfect to wash/dry towels as needed during the week.
Location is perfect, walking distance to good restaurants, world famous Bad Ass Coffee house down the street, and the Kilwin's ice cream on the first floor is so convenient!

The view over the gulf was our favorite. Each evening we sat on the balcony and enjoyed the beautiful sunset. The beach was across a road, but we had a crossing right outside the building. Could not have been better. Even though we visited in January, we had several beach days. We took the provided beach chairs to the beach and enjoyed the sun and waves.

We felt so lucky to stay here!! It was the most perfect view and location. The condo was super clean + well-stocked, the pictures were accurate, the complex was lovely, and our family thoroughly enjoyed our Miramar vacation at this condo!

The beaches and area are family oriented which we loved. The condo is located on the opposite end of Destin so it’s about a 20 minute drive to the boardwalk but was not a problem at all. We loved everything about our stay. The kids really enjoyed the clear water and white sand. We loved that beach toys and chairs were available for use in the condo such a huge help since we were there every day!

*Silver Sands Outlet Mall is less than 2 miles away and has loads of shopping and dining
OTHER INFO AND RULES
Majestic Sun was built in 2004, and building management provides excellent maintenance service and routine inspections. In response to the horrific collapse of the Champlain Tower in Miami, Majestic Sun building management is planning a detailed structural inspection. At this time, routine maintenance and inspections reveal no apparent indication of structural weakness or water damage at Majestic Sun at this time. In addition, Majestic Sun is 17 years old (vs. 40+ years old for the Champlain tower) and built to a different/superior code from 40 years ago. The 2018 Champlain Towers inspection indicated a number of deficiencies pertaining to concrete deterioration such as spalling and structural cracking. There were apparently a number of areas where water could penetrate the building.
NO SMOKING - Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.
NO PARTIES AND NO LOUD MUSIC - ON SITE SECURITY WILL BE CALLED.
For the kitchen and laundry rooms, we provide:
