We've stayed in several MS condos in the last few years, and this one is the nicest one of them all. New beachy, light decor, huge kitchen space with plenty of counter to prepare meals and easy access right by the stairwell for fast access to street level. We took a daughter in a wheelchair and had no problems getting around in the unit and getting her on the large balcony. Dolphins in the mornings were great to see and its a short fun walk to Surf Hut and Pompano Joes as well as Cabana Cafe in the rear of the condo. Grocery store less than a mile away. We'll be back!!! My family of two adults and four teenagers enjoyed our stay at this condo. There was plenty of room for everyone, the condo was also very convenient to the beach and area attractions. MK was great to work with. We hope to rent from her again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Majestic Sun. The location is perfect! And the condo was very comfortable and accommodating. The beds were especially comfortable! Our entire family loved being out on the balcony enjoying the beautiful view. We would definitely recommend staying here!

A 301 is a corner unit which allows for privacy while letting in more light with the extra side windows. The GULF FRONT master bedroom is gorgeous with a king size bed and a large master bathroom. The second bedroom is spacious with a queen size bed and it's private bathroom with full size shower.The third room has 2 built in bunk beds that kids will fall in love with, perfect for parents with young children, easy access to the bathroom in the hall way.
The living room has a queen pull out sleeper sofa that is great for extra guests.
At Majestic Sun resort, you will be able to enjoy the great amenities such as the outdoor/indoor pool that is fabulous for escaping the sun. If you want a heated pool, look no further - the pool is heated during the Winter. There are two hot tubs that you can sit back and relax after a long day at the beach, absolutely divine. Adults and young children can go snorkeling, parasailing, jet skiing, dolphins tour, Pirate Ship tour, are awaiting the little children and much more at The Harbor Walk within 15 minutes away . Several designer outlets within 4 miles with over 200 stores ( Destin Commons, Silver Sand Premium outlet, Paradise Key) and more than 15 outstanding restaurants both on and off the beach.
