This is the second time we have stayed at the Majestic Sun, first time in this condo. Janie has everything you need in the condo. The kitchen is very well supplied with all the kitchen supplies you would need. She has 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, 4 beach towels and 2 boogie boards, everything you would need for the beach.

We just got back from our third stay at their condo. It gets better and better each year. She goes above and beyond to make us feel at home. Everything was clean and no issues with anything at all. This is such a great location and we love being on the second floor. The kids feel safer, yet the view is still great and it provides quick elevator rides for all the back and forth all week. We always know we can book here and everything will goes as planned.

Everything about this condo was fantastic! You can tell that very respectful people stayed previously, not to mention, Janie and Charlie are fantastic people who make it their goal to ensure you have an amazing time at their place. Everything was so clean and you are close to everything, the condo was in a perfect location. We will most definitely be coming back again some day. We loved it!!!!

This condo exceeded our expectations! Janie was so helpful and went above and beyond in communicating with me prior leaving for our trip. When we arrived, we found the unit spotless! It was well stocked with anything we would need while away from home. The unit had plenty of space for our family(my husband, myself, a toddler, and infant). My son especially loved the long entryway, he could run up and down! The master bedroom was large enough to set my son's playpen up next to the bed with room to spare. The views from the livingroom, master bedroom and the balcony were amazing! I was concerned there would be noise because the pool is directly below, but there was none. The community was very quiet and relaxing, everyone we interacted with where very friendly. It is a very convenient to grocery shopping, an outlet mall and many restaurants. We recommend trying Grimaldis Pizza, it was delicious . We really enjoyed our stay here and absolutely loved the condo! We look forward to to coming back.

Janie and Charlie's Beach Escape, 2 Br 2 Ba Deluxe Unit Ocean View
This is the Majestic Sun, a luxury codominium resort over looking the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the many extras of this two bedroom deluxe vacation home, with the comfort of home you want and expect.
The condo has two bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom opens on to the balcony with a view of the Gulf. The master bath has two sinks with granite counter tops and ajoining is a separate shower/tub combination . In the master bedroom there is a walk in closet ,that is where the beach chairs, umbrella, and oversized beach towels live. The guest bedroom also has a king bed and its own bathroom with a single sink with granite counter tops with tub/shower combination. The sofa in the family room has a queen sleeper with a tempur-Pedic mattress.
The dining table seats six and there are two stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The unit was updated in 2021-2022. There is a gorgeous view of the gulf from the family room that opens onto the balcony that extends across to the master bedroom. A table and chairs are there for your enjoyment.
