The property is great for beach lovers. The beach is just a few minutes away across the street. The unit has a beautiful ocean view from the balcony & master bedroom. This is a spacious 2-bedroom condo. The gym is well equipped & maintained. The pool facilities are great & enjoyed both the indoor & outdoor pool. All restaurants are about a 5minute drive. The building has great security oversight & ample outdoor/indoor parking. Lastly, the unit owner (Samantha) is great and is always available to address your questions.

My family and I stayed at the Majestic Sun, unit 404 B. We could not have been more pleased with the unit itself, as well as the fabulous view from the balcony. It is literally steps away from the ocean, and I plan on renting this unit again in the future. The condo was spacious, clean, and will equipped. The owner, Samantha, was a joy to deal with. She was very responsive, from the beginning of the process to the end. I highly recommend renting this unit, you won't be disappointed!

Majestic Sun B404 - Deluxe Spectacular Gulf Views!
This incredible Miramar Beach condo is sure to provide an experience unlike any other, from easy access to both fresh and saltwater fun to a wide range of on-site resort amenities. This is a two bedroom Deluxe (also called Diamond). That means both the master bedroom and living room have the ocean views. The balcony is bigger than the Standard two bedroom, and the condo is slightly bigger. The first thing you will fall in love with is the gorgeous living room that leads to the private 4th floor balcony with full views of the Gulf of Mexico. This is where you will want to catch a romantic sunset and enjoy your morning coffee.
The master bedroom has a King-size bed, a large walk in closet, a private balcony with full views of the Gulf of Mexico, and an adjoined master bathroom with a shower/tub combo and double sinks. The second bedroom features twin over full bunk beds and an adjoined bathroom.
The bedrooms and living room all have TVs and DVD players. The living room has a large sofa that converts into a sleeper for two, a CD stereo system with a sound bar and sub-wolfer for your listening enjoyment.
For your convenience, you are provided with a large capacity washer and dryer, and beach chairs with umbrella, beach towels, sand toys and boogie boards in your condo that you can take to the beach in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. Luggage carts are also available in the main lobby.
A full upgraded kitchen offers granite counter tops and all the housewares you would expect at home making it an ideal place to prepare a good meal or a picnic for the beach. The dining table has seating for six. There are also three extra seats at the breakfast bar for casual dining. For your pleasure, this unit offers a Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods, creamer, sugar and sweet & low sugar.
At Majestic Sun beach resort, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, and more.
