Majestic Retreat at Majestic Sun , Miramar Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

3rd time here, The Burkes have fabulous properties. This one is one of our faves. Always clean, well equipped, views are incredible. 

Will return again next year !!  

Super Nice condo here, we always stay at Majestic Sun because the beaches are not crowded and the pool is amazing. This condo was just remodeld and the master bedroom and bath is exquisite. The views are amazing from the 8th floor. Condo was very clean, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen too. 
We walked to Surfhut and Wails tail for dinners and lunch. Wails tail will sell you cocktails to go on the beach. 
Owners were very responsive and we can not wait to return here to the Burkes 8th floor condo.

Views are magnificent, kiddos loved the indoor outdoor heated pool, owners were great to deal with and we will definately book this unit again for next year. 

Beautiful, well equipped condo with comfy beds too. Hard to find a super clean condo anymore. This unit 810 is absolutely stunning. 
Our family had a great trip, weather was perfect,  no crowds and we will be returning soon. 

We loved this condo, comfy, well stocked, appears to of been just renovated so it was well decorated and super clean. 
The views were just breathtaking from this condo. You could watch the dolphons play while making breakfast. Sunsets from the balcony were stunning. 
We cant wait to return here next year. Burkes are friendly and very informed about the area. 

Weve stayed here before, we love this resort. This particular unit was recently remodeled, very clean, super nice decor. Loved the master with new bathroom and walk in shower. Prob the best condo weve stayed in a long time. We will be back for sure. Oh, and views are breathtaking too from your living room and kitchen and balcony. Already booked for next summer ! Cant wait

Incredible Remodeled unit with super nice master suite and shower area. Wife didnt want to leave. Clean Condo, Amazing views, 
kiddos loved the pool, hot tubs, theres a nice oceanfront fitness center on site too. We loved walking to Pompanoe Joes for Hapyy Hour while kids played on the beach. We will definately be back !! Owners are easy to work with and very accessible 

Another fantastic stay in this condo. This was our 3rd year here. Main bedroom suite remodel was absolutely beautiful and it was my turn to have it!!! Weather was nice and great food had by all. Owners sent a handyman when there was a problem with the kitchen sink and fixed it. Already can't wait to vacay here again next year!!!

Everything about this stay was exceptional. The condo was nicer then the pictures depicted. Exceeded our expectations for certain. 
Views were amamzing the master bedroom and bath were exquisite. Highly recommend and will return for sure. 
Owners were easy to work with and check in check out was seemless. 

Had a great week here at this 8th floor condo. Unit was well equipped, gorgeous kitchen, views to die for, great beds, will for sure return.

Second year staying in this condo and we absolutely love it here! Weather was perfect!Fantastic views from the 8th floor, well equipped kitchen, condo is very clean and owners are helpful in giving you all the info needed for your stay. (Only thing that would make it better for us would be a dining table and chairs on the balcony but we made do) Love this condo and looking forward to staying here next year already !

Very clean on arrival, kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfy too. Loved the resort, great pool, not very crowded beaches which is a huge bonus. 
We will definately return to this unit. The owners, Dave & Jill were great to work with and gave us tons of recommendations for restaurants and things to do.

This was our 5th year vacationing at Majestic Sun and this condo was the BEST one yet! Amazing 8th floor view of the gulf . Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare a good meal if you wanted to. Condo itself was very clean (one of the girls vacationing with me is a clean freak and she approved) Staying in B building and not having to go thru the pool area to get to the beach was a bonus for all of us. The owners couldn't have been easier to work with and gave us all the info needed in case of any questions . We definitely be will booking this condo from now on. Looking forward to next year already!

We had a fun week here, condo was very clean, well equipped, pretty spectacular views from all over the condo. Resort had everything we needed and more.

Loved our stay here on the 8th floor. Unit was nicely furnished with new furniture, well equipped kitchen, very clean which is hard to find. 
The owners were cool, and we will be back. They have two units side by side, so we enjoyed having additional family in the other unit.

Gorgeous unit,  amazed my super picky wife !!  unit had everything we wanted, beds were super comfy, linens were new, kitchen was super nice with everything a family needed to cook with. The views, "WOW" is all we can say..... Loved the resort, kids loved the pools, mom n dad loved the hot tubs, very nice fitness center too which is unheard of in most resorts along the beach. We had a wonderful time and will be back for sure. Already booked this unit for next year. Owners were great to work with.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo! I think this was one of best condos we ever stayed in. I will definitely stay here again. It was very clean and had a gorgeous ocean view.

We loved your condo! The view is beautiful. The condo had everything we needed. We used the pool just one day as we came for the beach. The pool was very nice, lots of seating. Ahhh, the beach. An easy walk just across the street, the white sands, and the beautiful gulf. Thanks for everything.

We were so blessed to find this unit. The views are just spectacular from this unit. We literally watched the dolphin play every day in the afternoon from the family room and kitchen. The water is so blue and white powder sand was amazing. We loved the condo and it was very clean on arrival. We will look forward to coming back here again for certain with the kids. Owners were great and answered all our pre trip questions. Highly recommend to anyone needing a vacation. The reosrt was top notch and clean and well cared for. Even the fitness center was clean and up to date !! 

I was here from Vancouver, Canada with a golfing friend to relax and play some of the very nearby courses. First off, the golfing in the area is superb, there are perhaps 7 really good golf course within 10 minutes of the condo. The condo had everything that one would need for 19 days, clean, tidy and that view of the ocean and the waves.. I especially like the idea of three tv's. Beds were comfortable, there were even a couple of beach chairs in the closet and the kitchen had so many extra dishes, mugs, everything that you would ever need. Great facility of pool, hot-tub and fitness centre. Love the location across from the beach, away from the bustle of Destin and not to far from all restaurants and attractions. David was very helpful and forthcoming, naturally did not remember or notice that each month they change security codes for the outside gates..... silly me.

This was our first trip to Destin and seeing the ocean and it was beautiful. The condo was decorated beautiful and had a gorgeous view of the ocean. Will definitely be back.

Wow, Great unit with high end furnishings and a gorgeous kitchen. Super clean and well equipped. 
We have stayed at a lot of condos at Majestic but this was by far the nicest. We would recommend to anyone looking for a nice clean comfortable condo that has been very well cared for. 
We tried giving it a 6 STAR but there were only 5 to award. Owners were great to work with.

Well, what can we say !!  This was a fantastic condo, just remodeled, i believe, and they spared no expense!!  Super Nice, very very clean. We loved hanging out here for family game night and it was furnished very nicely. Bbedding was super comfy and it was just a perfect vacation. The resort is well cared for, well run, and even the restrooms by the pool were really clean and cared for. We give this condo and resort 5 stars and we will be back for sure. All we can say is WOW! This condo has all the things we needed in a vacation home. This unit was one of the cleanest and nicest that we have stayed in. New designer kitchen had everything in it we needed to cook with. You could tell the owners take pride in this condo as everything was just so perfect when we arrived. The views were amazing from the 8th floor. Location was perfect. We loved the resort, the kids loved the indoor heated pool. Weve stayed at a lot of condos in and around Destin. This condo was by far the nicest we have stayed in. All of the furniture and bedding was brand new and the kitchen was fantastic. The unit was exceptionally clean, the cleanest we have stayed in and the kids loved the resort and the beach. The Burkes were great to deal with and we have already booked our next trip here.

Super Awesome Condo on the 8th floor. This was one of the coolest condos we have stayed in in Destin. This unit has a new kitchen in it but the views from the 8th floor were mesmerizing ! We could watch the dolphin play out in the water and see Stingrays too. This unit was exceptionally clean and you could tell the owners take great pride in this condo. Very well furnished too. 
We have already reserved this condo for our fall trip !!
