Majestic Sun - 307B, Miramar Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

We stayed in 307B the first week of April and it was everything we had hoped it would be. The location is fantastic and the unit has everything needed to enjoy a week at the beach. The balcony was excellent with a great view of the beach and ocean which made for a great retreat when the beach got a little windy. We could not write a review without talking about the personal touch that Jason had before, during, and after our stay. When we started our week the main TV went out. We contacted Jason to let him know and he brought a new TV the next day! We would definitely look at this unit as a place to stay in the future as we love the location and everything is as advertised.

Second time here, we spent the month of March 2024. Great location to the beach, restaurants, bars, etc. Jason is fantastic on Q&A, responsd time is immediate. Unit has everything you need for a fantastic stay. Access to all resort amenities is a big plus. Will stay again…..Thanks Jason & Regina!

This is our second time spending the month of February at this condo. Location is ideal- view the best- and condo has everything you would need for a wonderful stay. Jason the owner is very quick to respond to any issue - tho we really had none. Highly recommend this property!

This was our 2nd time staying in Jason & Regina's condo. Once again, we couldn't have asked for any better accommodations! The view is SO breathtaking and there is nothing more relaxing than sitting out on the balcony. The location could not be any better........within walking distance to many things! Nothing but positives about this condo......a kitchen with everything you could possibly need, chairs for the beach, and access to the exercise room and pool. A wonderful stay. We will return!

We stayed here for the first time in October into November but not our first time in Destin. The condo is well appointed, you have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The condo is clean, great bedding and soft towels! Very important in our minds! The view of the gulf is magnificent and the sunset could not be any nicer. Thank you to our hosts and Destin for not disappointing.

This was first trip to Miramar Beach. We loved the balcony looking out at the Gulf.. This condo has everything you need. It was refreshing to just walk across and be at beach. We enjoyed the sunrise and the sunsets everyday. Highly recommend and will send our daughter and husband who live a few hours away for beach time. We will be back… soon

This was our third year in a row to stay at this condo!! It is so beautiful, it's beachy, perfect location and everything you need is right here!! Sunrise or sunset it's amazing! There's a little balcony that looks out over the ocean, what a view!! The owners are great! I can say, if your rent this condo you will NOT be disappointed!!

This condo is beautifully appointed with all the amenities. Located right above a main door that is just feet from steps to the beach. The room smelled clean and was clean and located near the elevators and trash chute. The owners are a great help on getting us in and responding to our inquiries. Hope we can do it again. Extremely fast return on deposit.

We just returned from a fabulous time in Florida. The condo was perfect! The beds were comfortable, view was magical and the location/convenience was unbeatable. The owners were great communicators and easy to work with. We will return................

We stayed here for a few days recently. The condo was very clean, smelled great upon arrival, and was well stocked with anything we might need for our stay (kitchen supplies, bath and beach towels, etc.). It is conveniently located near a bank of elevators and on the same floor as the elevated pedestrian walkway leading from/to the parking garage. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had and refunded out security deposit very quickly once the condo was deemed damage free from our stay. We will be staying here again!

This unit 307B was everything we hoped it would be. It was ready for us early and provided everything we needed plus tons of beach items we didn’t realize were provided. The hosts were amazing and were always a quick text away. Our family loved our stay and hope to be able to stay in this unit again someday renting from these top notch hosts.

From the time that I booked with Jason Regina it was a smooth process. Walked into a nice clean condo it was stocked with everything what we needed, we have stayed in another locations before in the unit but this is far one of the best unit to stay in. Once I walked into the unit and saw it I knew my week down there would be total relaxation which it was. The location and views were perfect and close by to all the local restaurants. Jason/ Regina communicated very quickly to any questions I had. Very clean unit and decorated so cutely. I loved the view from the 3 rd floor,. You have anything and everything around, this location. I’ll definitely come back to this same unit.

The accommodations were beautifully decorated and very clean. Being on the beach we had a great view and very comfortable seating on the balcony for morning breakfast and evening relaxing. The owners, Jason and Regina were very easy to work with and nice.

Jason and Regina were so easy to communicate with from the day of booking to the day of departure. They were only an email or text message away to answer our questions and provide us with details to make our stay most enjoyable. The condo smelled so nice upon arrival, and the mood was set by the music playing on the TVs. The kitchen is fully stocked, the beach box on the balcony has plenty of chairs and beach toys, and the pool and beach are so close to the room. We would definitely come back to this beautiful condo!

This condo is awesome . The location was perfect for us. It is very clean and well decorated. The view of the beach is magnificent. It was a pleasure working with Jason. We highly recommend 307B. We had a great time.

Only great things to say about our stay here! Everything was so clean, nice and cozy! They had music playing in the living room when we arrived and provided everything we needed, plus some! We loved relaxing on the balcony and listening to the ocean. We could be down on the beach in 2-3 minutes from the room! We definitely hope to stay here again! We spent our family vacation here this year, it was absolutely perfect! The view is stunning, you can’t beat the location! Regina and Jason made it so you feel right at home. We will defiantly be coming back next year to enjoy this little piece of heaven!

My wife and I spent 2 weeks at Jason & Regina’s property in March 2023, truly very impressed with everything at condo from cleanliness, amenities, to overall communication with Jason on any questions. The view is breathtaking as we spent time each day on balcony viewing dolphins go by, saw them several days easily viewed in the emerald clear water and could see them in large pods (binoculars help also). Nothing but positives with this place and ranks #1 of all of our VRBO stays throughout the last 5-6 years all over USA. Liked it so much already booked for next year. Jason & Regina are rock star owners with a rock star condo!

We spent two months in this condo, and it was everything we could have asked for. The view and the location don't get any better. We have been snowbirds for 4 years now. This if the first condo we didn't have to call and ask for repairs, replacements, or extra cleaning. We walked in and were immediately impressed with how clean the unit was, and the view. We loved just sitting on the balcony and just watching the ocean. Jason was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole rental process. I would highly recommend this condo.

We returned to Majestic Sun because years ago my parents wintered there. Jason and Regina have been great to work with. They made things so easy. I can't begin to describe how great the condo was. The view, the view, the view. To wake up to that every day was a treat! We watched sunrise and sunset from that balcony every day. The condo is very comfortable and has a welcome home feel. The kitchen has everything you need plus. We appreciated the beach chairs! This is the condo to rent if you are headed to Miramar Beach! We will return!

This was our second year staying at the Majestic Sun 307B! The condo is phenomenal! Decorated beautifully and everything you need is there! We surely enjoyed our stay in 307B.  Everything was very clean and neat.  There was a lot of beach items in a storage box on the balcony.  Jason and Regina were awesome.  Great condo, will surely rent again.  I give it a big ole 10!

This condo was awesome and the owners were great to work with. I love the decor, the homey feel and the condo was clean. It is equipped with everything you need and even some extra beach items/supplies on the balcony. I spent my mornings with coffee watching the sunrise and the evenings with wine watching the sunset. The view is amazing -it is unobstructed and beautiful. The royal palm restaurant, whales tail and surf Hut are in walking distance. Great beach bar with drinks and Monday night fire pit with free smores. I've been staying at Majestic Sun and Surfside for 10 years and this has been the best condo experience I have ever had.

This is our second year at this condo and it was just as good as we remembered. Clean and well stocked with extra special touches and a beautiful view.We felt very much at home and are hoping to return again soon. Jason and Regina are so wonderful to work with.

We love this condo, just across the beach, great oven front view! The u it was very clean and well kept, had all that’s needed to enjoy a great time at the beach. Recommend to anyone who wants to be worry free and relax for a short or long stay.

My family and I spent last weekend in Majestic Sun 307B and it was perfect! We were very pleased with the unit, even the kids commented how nice it is! It’s clean, has a beautiful view, and great location. We were also impressed with Jason & Regina and they were very easy to work with. Hope to stay again very soon!

I highly recommend this condo. We come to Destin every year and It was perfect for my family of four and my sister in law who visited a couple of days. It’s located close to everything and has a beautiful view of the beach. There is restaurants close by you could walk to. It had everything we needed and the owners were so nice. They kept us updated through the whole process. The store downstairs is convenient if you need something quick. I highly suggest this condo. We will definitely be back.

This condo is amazing in every aspect. It was spacious enough for our family of 4. Kitchen was fully stocked, washer and dryer a plus. Location to the beach was a lot closer than I expected from reviews. Shortcut from lobby gets you there within minutes. The views from the balcony couldn’t be better. Plenty of restaurants close by. The host is available within seconds from a text. Could not be happier. We are already planning our return trip. Can’t wait!!

We entered 307B on January 1st and didn't stop smiling until our departure January 31st. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Beautiful restful colors and a view that made us forget the freezing temperatures and snow we left behind in Canada's capital. We stayed during thanksgiving and celebrated our wedding anniversary. It’s a great condo! We had plenty of room and 2 bathrooms was an added bonus as was the washer/dryer. This was our first trip to Destin! We rented this condo and we fell in love with it the moment we walked in, this place has the most amazing view!! Every morning and every evening we enjoyed the the balcony! The condo was so clean and very tastefully decorated!! I had to pinch myself to make sure it wasn't a dream for me!! We stayed here for fall break with our 3 children ages 5, 9 & 10. It was perfect! The condo was beautiful and stocked with everything needed to prepare meals on days we didn’t eat out. Plenty of kids at the resort for them to play with at the pool and it only took about 5 minutes to get our feet in the sand on the beach. Very convenient! We will definitely be back.

The condo is in the absolute perfect location! We sat on the balcony for hours just looking at and listening to the ocean. It was so great to be able to walk right across the street to the gorgeous beach and I was thrilled they had beach chairs and and umbrella in the condo, even a cooler! This condo is beautiful!! The only downfall is that there weren’t any closets for hanging clothes, but that was no biggie. We did have a little ant problem, but maintenance took care of that. One of the best things I liked about the condo was how good the beds slept!!! I slept so good every night!! A couple nights I slept on the bottom bunk beds because my babies took over the King, and the bunk slept just as good! I meant to look at the mattress brand and forgot! This condo is in a great location too!! So many things close by. And my babies loved the swimming pool. Also, there is a gift shop that has everything beach! I was expecting this place to be overcrowded on 4th of July week, thought we would have to wait on elevators and everything, but this was not the case, almost every time, we got straight on elevators. Great place and nice condo!

"This is BY FAR our favorite unit in Majestic Suns!!! We are repeat customers and will be back every year! If you’re thinking about booking at Majestic Suns, definitely check out 307B. It’s everything you could hope for, impeccably decorated, has beautiful beachfront views, is immaculately clean, and I can tell the owners constantly update and refresh it as each time we stay there they have added new things. After staying in other units, and having friends and family stay in others, I can honestly say that none of the others compare. I felt at home during our entire stay! Accessibility is also really great here, there are several restaurants within walking distance, you won’t spend much time in your car. We have no recommendations or complaints, it was the perfect venue for the vacation that we have worked so hard for all year. Can’t wait to return next year. "

Nice condo. Very clean. Well equipped. Small closet space in bathrooms. The only negative the hall light did not work. Probably burned out bulb.

"This pretty unit is well kept and very clean, with a great view of the beach. It had everything my husband and I needed for the week. We found the beach and area around Majestic Sun extremely busy; I assume it might be busier in the summer months. We were looking for a less hectic setting, but if you have children and teenagers it might be perfect for you! I would love to place this unit in a different complex with less total units. We will visit this unit again in the winter months!"

We just left a month at 307B at Majestic Sun. I miss it already! This condo is just amazing, so clean, everything you would want or need- and the view is to die for! The proximity to groceries, restaurants, shopping ( very nice gift shop on site!) really walkable. This year the weather also cooperated in February- so we were in heaven. I totally expect to be back and thank Jason and Regina for being the very best hosts.
