Very clean and comfortable property. Great access to the beach . Queen bedroom is tight . Plenty of storage outside of room. Master bedroom good size . We really enjoyed our stay. That’s for being pet friendly. Our pets enjoyed it too. Owners are easily reached.

This unit was literally steps away from the beach, and was great coming and going with us being on the ground level. The inside was nice with all the usual amenities. Master bedroom was spacious and had a great view. Second bedroom was small with little walkways on either side of the bed, would be good for small kids. Overall I would highly recommend this unit! We, my son and I, were able to bring our four legged family members with us thanks to the host of this beautiful property. Everything was clean and perfect. Linens and towels were provided as well as everything you need in the kitchen. Communication was always available between us and the host and they made sure we did not need anything, and if we did they said they would take care of it for us. They were also very responsive, no waiting around to hear back from them. We had a fantastic time and really enjoyed our stay. I can not wait to come back!

We had a great time during our stay! We spend a lot of the time at the beach. We loved that we were so close to be able to walk back at anytime to grab things from the condo. The condo was very clean inside and out. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was perfect for my husband, daughter, son n law and my daughters fur baby. The community was very pet and family oriented. The beach was just right across the street. The condo was also in walking distance of several restaurants.

This was our second stay at the Maravilla condos. We arrived and the condo was clean and ready for us to enjoy. The pool was mere steps from the unit and the beach path was just across the street. We loved every moment and hope to return next summer! We also brought our fur baby and we were very pleased that everyone else picked up after their pets as well.

We really enjoyed this condo and being on the main floor. Easy to walk our dog - close to walking/biking path, the pool, and beach access. It was also quiet! And the curtains made it easy to block the light when we wanted to sleep in. I had to email the manager twice about 2 small issues, and I received quick responses. I would definitely recommend this condo and would reserve again.

The condo was more than enough space, very clean and cozy. Perfect spot to sit out and people watch, near pool and like 20 steps from the entrance to the beach. Loved this was pet friendly, just wish the pet friendly extended to the beach. But that isn’t the condo owners fault. Will most definitely try to book again next year but hoped for 2 weeks this time.

This was our first time staying in this area and we absolutely loved it. The whole community is very dog friendly and our little fur baby had a great time. The management of the property was very helpful and we loved staying here. Had a problem with the refrigerator that was fixed right away. Definitely would recommend this property.

My husband, dog, several guests, and I enjoyed our holiday getaway to Renee’s condo located at Marivilla. The ground floor was so convenient for taking the dog out and, also, for going for impromptu walks on the beach. The location of the condo was perfect - just a few steps from the condo to the beach. We experienced such a comfortable stay that added to our pleasant holiday away from home in northern Ohio.

We loved this condo! Had everything we needed, steps to the beach, comfortable master bed, & we could bring our pups! Only complaint is that you can’t see the beach from porch as i was expecting. But you do walk right out the back door into large grassy area which was very convenient for dogs. Great stay! Would definitely stay here again!
Thank you so much for your review. The dunes do block the view of the beach from this ground floor building 2 condo at Maravilla but you cannot beat the convenience of the beach. It is less than 50 yards to the beach access.

Great stay in Maravilla 2105. Condo is much nicer than the photos. The kitchen is very well stocked. I did not think i would like the ground floor but enjoyed being steps from the pool and beach. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

We have stayed many times in Destin but I believe this was the best. While the area is built up these condos allowed you to slow down and relax. The rental process was easy and the people were very friendly and organized. Our stay was very dog friendly and enjoyable. Beach was great and easily accessible and the service on the beach was great. Will be back.

We will definitely go back again. Maravilla had a very nice beach set up. It was a family-friendly atmosphere. There was some construction going on. And sometimes persons using the facilities who I don't think we're actually staying there.

We visited Maravilla the week of July 4th and had a fantastic time! The condo and surrounding property was clean and well appointed. My daughter loved the pools! My husband loved people watching from the nice table and chairs on our condos patio too. We love that the condo had a great kitchen for us to prepare lunches to take on the beach! The private beach was gorgeous-so clean and not crowded at all! Our umbrella attendant, Matt was very helpful and prompt in setting up our chairs, always offering assistance if needed. He also readily and fully answered our questions about kayaking in the ocean, which is something we’d wanted to try. He had kayaks available for rent so for around $20 we got to take one out and paddle down the coast. It was so much fun! Matt helped us take the kayak out, showed us how to get in & out, how to paddle, the best direction to take, then pulled the kayak back on shore for us too. Over all, it was such a fun and relaxing stay-exactly what we needed! We rented through http://www.beachcondosindestin.com and were so pleased with their prices, the beautifully updated property and awesome service. Can’t wait to go back! We’ll definitely stay in Maravilla again!

Maravilla 2105 is a ground floor unit in building two. While there is a small view of the water from this unit the biggest perk is the amazing ease of access from the beach, pool and condo. Guest have commented on how much they appreciate being able to walk out to the grills, pool car, beach and more. In comparison to our other building 2 units, this one is significantly lower in price making it a favorite for anyone who prefers ease during vacation.

We recommend you bring the following items for the remainder of your stay: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, spices/condiments, coffee and coffee filters, laundry detergent, hairdryer, beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for an enjoyable vacation.
