We stayed over fall break. The condo is beautiful and comfortable. Large, flat screen TV's in every room. Ceiling fans in every room. Full size washer and dryer was a very nice amenity. Pool and beach toys available, which we added a couple pool floats to the collection. The resort has 2 pools and a hot tub. They were never very crowded, in fact we often had it to ourselves in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to our friends and family. Thanks!

We had an amazing time. The condo was just like it showed in the pictures. Beautifully decorated & everything we needed for the week was provided. We loved the private beach access & the umbrella & chairs that were provided. They provided chairs for additional seating on the beach, beach toys. I would highly recommend staying in this unit. The owner's were great. They gave us restaurants to try out and they were very prompt if we emailed them for anything. Thank you so much for sharing your condo with our family. This was our first trip but we plan on many more.

My family and I spent a relaxing and very comfortable week at MK's condo. The home was spotless and beautifully decorated. We really appreciated the umbrella and chair service and found the location to be perfect. We had previously stayed in near Destin before, but this beach was even more beautiful. Emerald green waters and sugar sand and just enough waves to have a great time boogy boarding with my boys. It's probably strange to bring up the mattress, but I have to say, my husband and I felt like we've slept better than we ever had on vacation. We hope to make this vacation our spring break tradition.

Our beds have been outfitted with the most comfortable mattresses and sheets we can find. The full-size front-load stack-able washer and dryer are so big that you will have room to wash everything at once - leaving you time for the fun activities. Wireless Internet is available throughout the unit, free wifi.
The Living Room has plenty of seating options and the 55 inch HDTV. Our Master suite has a King bed with a flat screen HDTV. Our guest bedroom has a Queen bed and it's own TV. The hall bath is easily accessible to the guest bedroom. Not enough space? We have a Queen sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests.
Our condo is recently renovated with a fully Stocked Kitchen.

Maravilla has 2 large pools, one Gulf-front and one seasonally heated with a hot tub, next to it is the tennis courts and a basketball hoop. The resort has a small gym, a private beach and gated community.
Our beach attendants are fantastic. Our unit comes with daily beach set up, 2 chairs and one umbrella, from March 15 - October 31st.
All of our properties do require a Saturday-Saturday stay during Summer and Other Peak times of year.
