We had previously stayed at Debbie's other condo unit. This condo was absolutely spotless, like the other. It was well decorated with gorgeous artwork throughout. The furnishings were quite comfortable and made for relaxing and fun movie nights. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils and such. We really enjoyed the balcony and as before the short walk to the private beach. Matt and Tucker were always incredibly helpful and friendly on the beach. The pools were fantastic. The condo is nicely located, close to all the fun attractions, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to actually relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the coast. Debbie is incredibly helpful and fun to work with. We hope to make this a regular getaway.

The condo was beautiful and very nicely decorated. Debbie was extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. Her knowledge of the area is awesome and she was always available to answer questions. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Debbie and her condos.

We've stayed at Maravilla for many years and most recently rented condo 3304 for the first time this past September. We found this condo to be very comfortable! It was very clean, well-decorated, and both bathrooms had been recently updated. We just happened to be there during hurricane Sally, not the best time to visit Destin for sure, but I'll have to say, the owner could not have been more attentive. Debbie was in constant contact with us making sure we were ok and it was a pleasure renting from her. We felt well taken care of and we will definitely rent from her again.

This condo features a nice Living Room with large dining combo plus a breakfast bar. A fully furnished kitchen w/granite countertops/ stainless steel appliances and a well stocked kitchen. Updated tiled & new custom oversized master bath shower. You will find a King Size master bedroom with pillow top bedding, 2nd bedroom with full size bed, and a queen sleeper in the living room. The unit is fully furnished with (3) New LCD TV's, home theater system, washer/dryer, cable and wifi.
You will find all the comforts of home in this condo. The nice size balcony has a table and chairs for relaxing and dining. This unit is just steps to the beach and both pools & hot tub.
