View of the gulf from the sliding glass door/windows in the living room is so relaxing. Bunk beds were perfect for our little kids. Beach service guys are awesome and makes it so easy to enjoy your time since you don’t have to carry stuff to the water and do much setup once you’re there. We will definitely stay here again.

Ultra clean and stocked with great kitchen gadgets and top of the line appliances. This unit is top notch and organized. Beautiful view of the ocean and a nice patio set to eat outside or enjoy your morning beverages watching the ocean view. Second floor unit is easy to access and the walk to the beach is only a minute or two. Two pools were nice and the clubhouse is amazing. Pickleball courts, shuffle board are available s well. This unit is full of extra features and is just beautiful. We will definitely be back. Host is very responsive and has outdone themselves on this beautiful unit. We were so pleased and really hated to leave. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Beautiful ocean view and a close walk to the beach/pool! The building is built well, so you do not hear your neighbors! We brought our dog and he had a great week as well meeting lots of human/canine friends! The beach chair and umbrella setup was great! Pro tip...... go down when they open right at 9:00 AM, so you get a good spot that is close to the beach access stairs.

This was a beautiful property and very well maintained. Renee has some of her own artwork in the unit which is awesome. Loved it! The furniture was super comfortable and acquired with an eye toward beauty and still make it suitable for a beach condo while making it able to withstand many different types of guests. I would like to point out that the garage disposal did not appear to work. Maybe it just needs to be reset. And the TV in the main room was a real challenge to operate. But that may be just us. Very easy our Don and daughter- n-law stayed in another rental with 2 grandaugther we all had a great time our unit was clean the bed oh so comfortable I have issue with my knee so didn’t have far to walk to see the beach but those steps are a tuff thing to climb other than that we loved our stay. We had a wonderful week in this condo! The condo itself was very clean, fully stocked, located above the pool & close to the walkway to the beach. The king size bed had an amazing mattress! We slept better there than at home! The condo was newly remodeled and had beautiful decor. The master shower was large with a dual shower head. The balcony overlooks the pool and we had a great ocean view. We were at the beach during the day, but when we were in the condo, we never noticed noise from the pool. We have never stayed across the street from the beach before but it was a shorter walk to the beach than many of the other resorts we've stayed at. Our maltipoo had a wonderful time as well! We are currently staying in this unit and have had a wonderful experience! The condo is exactly as pictured with fresh, clean and all new everything. The view is fantastic from this unit and the close proximity to the pool and beach is so convenient. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The beach service is such a bonus and the guys were always so pleasant. The bed in the master is very comfortable and sleeps well. Parking is plentiful so there’s no problem finding a parking space close to the unit. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would highly recommend this unit.

My husband and I just returned from a weeklong trip to Destin and this was one of the most beautifully decorated condos we've ever rented in all of our years of travel! A gated community across from the street from the beach with its own gated private beach...a first for us. The 2nd-floor condo is easily accessed by either stairs or elevators and is a pet-friendly property, so we will definitely be back. And while we saw lots of other dogs, and could occasionally hear barking while walking outside, we were never disturbed by it when indoors. Parking was plentiful, even during the busy holiday week of Thanksgiving. And as for the condo itself, in this case, the pictures DO actually do it justice. It's just as pretty in person as it is in the listing and it could not have been any more perfect for the two of us and our two Shih-Tzus. Gorgeous soft gray walls with the most beautiful ocean blue kitchen cabinets and sparkling granite countertops. And coffee lovers? You're covered with not one but TWO coffeemakers----a Keurig and a Ninja drip coffee pot. The kitchen was equipped with every single thing one could ever need. The kingsize bed was very comfortable and if there was one thing we were lacking, it was an extra blanket due to the colder than normal temps, but we stayed warm with one of the comforters from the hallway bunks. I rarely leave reviews on this site because in most instances, the pictures in the posting are so old they are no longer applicable but in this case, I want everyone who reads this to know what a true gem this property actually is. It even has gorgeous original artwork that is signed by the owner....we will be back at the first opportunity!
