This gorgeous unit, known as "The Elephant Condo" for its decor, is conveniently located on the ground floor, with the pool and beach just steps away from the rear porch... no need to use common walkways and elevators.  As a first-floor unit, it has oversized porches with ample seating room to enjoy the outdoor sights and sounds, along with space to stow your beach gear. This unit's porches get morning sunshine for "coffee hour" and enjoy shade during the afternoon "happy hour."  Inside, the living room and both bedrooms have unobstructed views of the pool and Gulf.    This condominium has been professionally decorated, including custom ceiling fans, blackout window treatments and coordinating bedspreads. Note:  You do not need to book your stay within the standard Saturday to Saturday rental period... you may arrive and depart on the days of the week you choose, as long as you meet the minimum stay requirement and the restriction on Saturday "same day turnarounds" below.
Saturday arrivals or departures:   I cannot offer  a Saturday arrival or departure if another guest is already arriving or departing on that date.  Unfortunately, due to minimum cleaning time constraints, my cleaning service cannot perform "same day" turnarounds on Saturdays.  Please check my bookings calendar to determine if your desired Saturday arrival or departure already has an arrival or departure on that day.
