Nothing but positives from our group! Fully updated and clean. Has spacious rooms, large balcony, no wait at elevators, plenty of hot water for showers, easy access to the beach, lots of kitchen space and utensils, and the gel mattress beds are extremely comfortable. This condo has beautiful pools and the grounds are exceptional. The open concept is great for large family conversations. Michael went out of his way to communicate and ensure we were well prepared for the stay. 5 stars all the way!

My extended family and I chose Destin for our fall break trip. I grew up coming here, but had not been back since I was a kid. The location of the condo was perfect! Our views of the ocean were outstanding and we were close to many restaurants, the harbor for water sports and shopping. The condo was immaculate and it offered every convenience needed: variety of dishes, cookware, TV’s, beach chairs, etc. We drank coffee on the balcony each morning and watched the moon at night from the same location. We would definitely return! We will have family memories forever!

The condo is more like a home than a rental property. Each room is separated from the others enough for personal time. The kitchen is well equipped for any type of cooking. The beach setup was very nice and we enjoyed the balconies a lot.

We searched for a place that was large enough to comfortably accommodate 4 adults, with a view and direct beach access. This property far exceeded our expectations. This property was spacious, beautifully decorated, immaculate and well-appointed. The balcony/outdoor space was amazing. Every day, we enjoyed a gorgeous breeze and spectacular view. Reserving beach chairs was fabulous. The owner/manager was excellent. Very friendly, dedicated to our satisfaction, great respond time and communication. Cannot stress how much we enjoyed our stay. HIGHLY recommend this property. Gorgeous!!!

The property was just as listed beautiful. I brought my Keurig and my granddaughter brought her Air Fryer which worked out better for us. There was plenty of pots and pans, plates, glasses but I did go to Target and buy a cookie sheet which my son took home for my nacho dish and dish clothes and white dish towels. The pool was great and the grounds were kept clean by property manager. 5 stars all the way. Mike was very kind and supported me throughout this visit, will go again but further down in the month or maybe on my 50th anniversary.

The condo was beautiful and spacious. There were 7 of us staying and we all had plenty of room and never felt like we were on top of each other. The property manager was very responsive and helpful for the minor issues or questions we had during our stay. The view is amazing! I would highly recommend this unit to anyone considering it.

Everyone in my group was super excited about the accommodations. The kitchen was the best stocked we have ever had. The beds were spacious and comfortable. The view of the gulf from the 9th floor was amazing! The unit was clean. Again, I have been vacationing in the Destin/Fort Walton Beach for over 25 years. This unit was a 10 out of 10! The parking garage was convenient. The pool was spacious. The sand and water was perfect. Thanks to Vrbo and Mike for a perfect family vacation 2021!

We have stayed in Destin for the past 15 years during fall break and this was our first experience with a VRBO rental. We had a wonderful property owner who was very helpful. The condo was just as beautiful as the pictures. I had reserved it back in December prior to the Covid outbreak. Our second payment was due in April. Mike was great about waiting to see how the outbreak went before having me pay my second payment. Our only problem was restaurants being so crowded because of Covid but that’s not anyone’s fault. I would definitely recommend and stay here again! Thanks Mike!

The elevators were always available and ready to take you to the pool and your beach service chairs and umbrellas made it nice and convenient. Any minor issues we had, the owners were very helpful and very accommodating. We will return again!!

It was a pleasure to meet Mike (the owner) and our family would like to thank him and his family for sharing their beautiful beach condo with us. We had a great time and enjoyed every minute.
Upon arrival it was a treat to see that this condo Exceeded Expectations! The accommodations were awesome and beautifully updated, smart TV's and big TV's in all the bedrooms too! Lots of comfortable seating both inside and outside and a treat to have four beach chair set ups included every day! Everywhere you relaxed you were enjoying beautiful views of the ocean!
The updated kitchen was wonderful and had everything we could possible need. Even had fun beach dishes that matched the pattern of a chair in the living room! :) There was a great dining table with the amazing ocean view bar stools around the counter and tons of storage both in the kitchen and condo.
The bedroom set up was great too with 3 king bed rooms and one room with a queen and double bunk. The beds were very comfortable and had good pillows and linens. Lots of storage for clothes and even matching hangers in the closet! Room darkening drapes made it great for sleeping in and the big screen TV's in all the bedrooms great for staying up late. And a special treat for the girls was the shelving in the smaller bathrooms with little baskets for all their misc. girly items. :)
There were so many little details we appreciated too. Like having all the light switches labeled, instructions for the washer and dryer labeled right on the appliances. Hooks for towels and we especially enjoyed the hooks for the keys, fobs and wrist bands! :)

We had the pleasure of staying in this unit during early October. The condo is immaculate, the decor is beachy chic, and the views are spectacular! We had two kids and six adults in the unit and we never felt crowded. The beach is easy to access, even with an overloaded wagon :) The owner was beyond helpful when we had to evacuate for the hurricane. He kept us up-to-date with evacuation information and we were able to make the most of our visit!

We absolutely loved this condo! It was beautifully decorated with upscale elegance. The 4 large bedrooms gave everyone their own space, and with a large living/kitchen area and a great balcony to gather together for meals and time to visit. Just beautiful! Grounds were kept immaculate, and very secure. And of course the sugar white sand and the clear blue water were the icing on the cake! We've stayed in several condos, but I have to say - this was the best! We hope to return next year!!

We rented this condo for spring break with 6 children (4 teenagers and 2 young kids). I can’t say enough good things about this rental. It was beautiful and meticulously clean! There was plenty of room for all of us. It had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen and the older kids were able to walk to many restaurants nearby. There are two pools, two hot tubs and easy access to beach. The reserved beach set up everyday was great!
The views from this condo were absolutely gorgeous! Rent it, you won’t regret it! We plan on coming back again soon and will definitely stay in this condo again.

We stayed in this condo for Spring Break 3/24-3/31. It is really top notch! Beautifully decorated, amazing views, well equipped & perfectly maintained! We shared the condo with another family. We had five children ages 11-16 and 4 adults. We fit perfectly and had plenty of room to relax in the living areas as well.
Not only is the condo itself perfectly maintained, the grounds on the property were very well maintained. The grills were clean and shiny everyday, pool in great condition, the lobby was beautiful! The hot tubs were great for the days it was a little chilly! The beach chair reservation is fantastic and so easy to use! We also played tennis everyday!
Only drawback on this property, is there is not a gym and many of the sidewalks around the property were under construction. So the only place for a run or walk was the beach, but that is definitely not a bad option!!
Overall, we could not have been more pleased. Thank you for the awesome week!! We will definitely be back!!
Thanks Susan, it was an absolute pleasure having you stay with us. It is also good you mentioned the gym in your review... Silver Beach Towers has never provided owners and guests an onsite gym room, nor is there any plan to add one in the future. We mention that in our property notes but travelers will now read it in our review section as well. There are several large "franchise style" fitness centers located within a few minute drive of Silver Beach Towers that offer single or multiple day use.

Everything was clean and outside of food, was functional. We really liked the location close to the beach. It was nice leaving doors open at night to hear the surf. There were several shops, liquor store, and restaurants within walking distance. We stopped at the seafood shops to pick up seafood daily.

Beautifully decorated and very clean. View is amazing as is all the balcony space, kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need and rooms are spacious. We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this was by far our favorite. I can't think of anything else I would add or change. Michael was a pleasure to work with, I had to call him about a maintenance issue and it was handled & fixed immediately. Can't ask for better service. We can't wait to go back!

Living room... a comfortable slipcovered sectional sofa provides plenty seating, large 65" wall mounted 4K Roku television with free high speed WIFI lets you to sign in to your own premium channel accounts (HBO, Showtime, Netflix, etc) and watch them while your at the beach! Just don't forget to log-out of accounts when you check-out.
Dining Room... The large round dining table provides seating dining for 6-7 guests . Three bar stools at the kitchen counter mean an entire guest party of 10 can dine in the same room.
Kitchen... Custom white shaker wood cabinets, white ice granite counters, white appliances. Thoughtfully stocked with upgraded pots, pans, dinnerware and utensils. Custom ceiling lighting in kitchen and hallways on dimmers lets you adjust for mood lighting.
Gulf side balcony... Large gulf front balcony with unobstructed water views. Comfortable sectional sofa, aluminum chaise lounge and aluminum dining table provides social seating and dining options for everyone in your party.
Master bedroom (bedroom 1)... a spacious and private retreat with king size bedding, floor to ceiling water views and along with a working desk for those working remotely, a large 65" high definition Roku 4K wall mounted television, luxurious private master bathroom with double bowl sinks, walk in shower, and a large soaking tub.

Hallway bathroom 3... custom white shaker cabinets with plenty of cabinet storage.
Laundry room... Brand new for 2024... a large capacity front load clothes washer & dryer set in a private laundry room.
Interior flooring... Luxurious wood/boardwalk-style porcelain tile flooring in every room, closet and hallways. Not a stitch of wall to wall carpeting in the condo.
Free Parking... A total of four complimentary parking permits are available upon request. Every stay includes one assigned parking space in the gated garage and unassigned parking for up to three additional cars. Unassigned parking is on a first come, first serve basis.
Miscellaneous... 2,080 of interior air conditioned space, plus a large gulf side balcony and a second city side balcony. We are on the end of the building with amazing views from three sides. Custom lighting with dimmer switches for adjusting mood lighting in hallways and kitchens. All sliding doors feature custom room darkening heavy drapery. In each bedroom you'll find plenty of wall hooks for hanging towels hats and jackets as well as a full length dressing mirror.
Important changes regarding Silver Beach Towers Resort and its' beach services... Silver Beach Towers Association ("SBTA") owns the 600 foot private beach at the resort and operates daily beach services from March 1 thru October 31 each year. Effective 3/1/2024 and beyond, SBTA no longer offers complimentary daily beach setups. All guests will need to purchase their own daily beach service directly from the SBTA . An SBTA daily beach setup consists of two chairs and 1 umbrella. The published prices for SBTA daily beach service effective 3/1/2024 are $30 per day for the first daily setup. Each additional setup is $65 per day. Extra umbrellas are $25 each per day. These published prices are not guaranteed for future reservation dates and are subject to change by SBTA at anytime.
SBT Amenities... Silver beach towers resort has two large swimming pools, two hot tubs, outdoor beach showers, a tennis court and complimentary gas BBQ grills. Building features include key fob access to the building's exterior locking doors. Interior hallways to all condos are carpeted and air conditioned. Two elevators service only three condos per floor. Please note that Silver Beach Towers does NOT have a fitness center and that travelers who need one should either consider a different resort property or purchase a temporary guest membership at a nearby third party fitness center.
