A warm welcome awaits you at Casa Costa, which boasts a bright open floorplan with large windows and elegant beach décor. The living area is rustic chic, featuring two white couches, a country coffee table, glass display cabinet, a straw-woven area rug, and stylish accents. A large TV is provided for your entertainment. The tiled floor flows into a complementary dining room. Here, a round table and six chairs sits beneath a tasteful candle chandelier. Surrounded by large windows, decorative sea art, and wooden side buffet, the dining area is the perfect spot to sit down for a formal vacation dinner or a causal meal. A regal kitchen beside the dining area stands ready for guest use. Custom cream cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, a granite-topped island with raised seating, tiled backsplash, and industrial lighting create a wonderful setting for cooking up a fun range of culinary delicacies. If you have recipes you’ve been wanting to experiment with, this is the place to do it! Additionally, you will enjoy the outdoor seating area and grill on the courtyard patio, where you can easily enjoy the Florida breezes with family and friends.

Three of the condo’s bedrooms, including the master suite, are complete with king-size beds and private baths – so no one will have to fight over who gets the best room! The final guestroom is a bunkroom that is perfect for the kids, as it hosts two twin bunks and a flatscreen TV.

This rental unit offers access to a gated community pool, great for a freshwater swim. The surrounding pool patio provides shade and lounge chairs. Besides the swimming pool, guests can get their water fix by hopping over to the beach, which is right across the street. In addition to the beach, other vacation hotspots are located nearby. Silver Sands Premium Outlets is ideal for name-brand discounted shopping. Grand Boulevard boasts a movie theater and high-end shopping. The Village of Baytowne Wharf offers a variety of fun activities, from seasonal fireworks shows to live music to popular restaurants. Ocean Reef guests will also receive reduced rates for recreational activities at Seascape Resort.
