My Happy Place @ Miramar Beach has the perfect open floor plan for hosting a large family or two smaller ones. Recently renovated and outfitted with furniture upgrades.

Spacious great room features cozy living room area for watching TV or movies with the family, long dining table for special meals or family game night and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make extravagant or quick and easy meals.

Located in the backyard of the home is your own private pool (heating optional) with tanning shelf/umbrella, sun bathing area, grilling station, and outdoor games to keep the kids happy so you can relax!

NOTE: Check in time is 4:00 PM CST. Check out time is 10:00 AM CST. Our staff needs time to properly clean, sanitize, inspect and maintain the property. Because the property is extremely heavily booked we are unable to offer early check ins, late check outs or luggage drop offs all the time. You can check in with us first 1 day before your trip if we can accommodate any requests.

NOTE: This property is available for vacation rental only. Parties are strictly prohibited.

AGE REQUIREMENTS. You must be at least 25 years old to reserve. Sorry, no exceptions.

SECURITY DEPOSIT & RENTER AGREEMENT. We require our guests to do a security deposit and sign a renter's agreement.
