Wonderful home stocked with all your needs. Location , location !! A one minute walk to beach and shops and steps from community pool! We had a great time and made beautiful memories! A little walk to coffee shop, winery, souvenir shops and restaurants. Great communication with property management. We will definitely book the Aquaholic again!! Thank you!

The Aquaholic house was perfect for our family of 4. The house is perfectly laid out and cozy for us to spend time together. The location to both the beach and pool were fantastic. We could walk to the community pool across the street in less than a minute and no more than a 3 minute walk from front door to the beach. The beds were comfortable and great living room area for watching movies with the family. In addition we walked to a few restaurants and dozens of others were less than a 5 minute drive away.

It’s a one minute walk to the beach! There is also a walking/ bike path along the scenic highway where you can see the ocean while walking your dog. At some points there is also a boardwalk above the beach. It’s one block from a road that goes out to Rt. 98.
We stayed six weeks and felt safe and comfortable.

Welcome to the popular community of Frangista Beach! This beautiful 3BR/3BA private home sleeps 8, is located directly across the street from the Frangista Beach community pool, and is just one block away from the gated beach access.
Discover new flooring, 11-foot ceilings, and beautiful furnishings as you step through the front door of this two-story beach cottage. Gather in the open gourmet kitchen, dining, and living area on the first floor. The coastal chic dining table seats 8 and the breakfast bar accomodates 5. The living room is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa to provide additional accommodations if needed. A 55" flat-screen 4K HDTV, Blu-Ray player, and Roku (with access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, YouTube, etc.) is available for your entertainment. Or relax and enjoy the outdoor weather and gentle breezes on one of three spacious porches. A propane grill is available for preparing your family's feast. .
Located on the first floor are two queen bedrooms, one with a private bathroom and one with an adjacent bathroom. The second floor master bedroom has a king-sized bed and private master bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual vanities. The master bedroom also features a screened-in porch with a six-person seating area to enjoy conversation and wine with friends, or to gather for coffee in the mornings. (Complimentary Keurig brewer with a starter set of K-cups provided.) All bedrooms have flat-screen TV’s, DVD players, and cable TV service.
Frangista Beach is just minutes away from Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, The Village of Baytowne Wharf, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, and a variety of family-friendly dining, shopping and entertainment venues. It is also within walking distance of many local favorite restaurants including Pompano Joe's, the Whale’s Tail and the Royal Palm Grille at Surfside.

This property offers parking for up to three vehicles depending on size. Offsite parking is available for a fee at nearby locations. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions.
PET FEE IS $300 PLUS TAX. A MAXIMUM OF TWO *ADULT* DOGS ALLOWED – EACH 25LBS OR LESS.
