The Finale was a very good place to stay and a great location on the beach! We had beautiful weather and enjoyed sitting on the balconies watching everything. The home was very clean and in such good shape we didn’t need to call the management staff for anything! We definitely want to come back.

Our family of 9 had a completely fabulous week. There could not be a better location on any beach in the world! Our three cars fit in the driveway and a fourth could have. The staff were extremely responsive to a few requests, and were always so helpful. The elevator proved essential for our stay, especially for our two senior members. Convenient stores and dining. We would gladly return in the future.

If you desire a coastal color palette of rich blues, you will love Frangista Finale. Beautiful furnishings and a fabulous beach backdrop of white sands, turquoise and emerald green waters create a dramatic vacation "finale" that you won't forget!
This luxury beachfront townhouse has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a private splash pool overlooking the beach and sleeps up to 16 people. The house features an upscale living room, granite counter tops in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floors throughout the second and third floor with travertine tile on the first floor.
The first level has 2 bedrooms, a wet bar and easy access out to the gas grill, splash pool and beach. The king bedroom overlooks the beach and has a large flat screen TV along with a full bathroom. The second bedroom on the first level has four built in bunks with 4 queen beds, a flat screen TV and an Xbox 360. The second floor hosts the living and dining area with a dining table for 6 and extra seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. The gourmet kitchen is well appointed and provides an amazing view of the Gulf. A large flat screen TV, two comfortable leather chairs with ottomans and a queen sleeper sofa complete the living area. The second floor beachfront balcony has an outdoor dining table for 6. Down the hall is one queen bedroom with a large closet, flat screen TV, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the third floor is the master suite with a balcony which overlooks the beach, a king bed, a comfy chair and ottoman for relaxing, and a flat screen TV. The master bathroom has double vanity sinks, a walk-in shower, and a soaking bathtub. The beachfront balcony on this level has 2 chairs and ottomans for your evening respite. Down the hall from the master suite is another king bedroom with flat screen TV, closet area, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A stackable washer and dryer is located in the hallway. The private residential elevator in this home is made available only upon request . Please discuss with us in advance of your stay.
The water sports and outdoor activities wear you out head on over to the Silver Sands premium outlet mall where you will find 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurant options (just 2 minutes from the heart of Frangista Beach!) In addition to the restaurants found at the outlet mall you will find countless dining and shopping options within a 10 mile radius of your community including two beach front options within walking distance (the Whales Tail and Pompano Joes)

Parking available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size (including rented golf carts). Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood but is available off site. $100 daily fines will be issued to guests by HOA. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions.
