What an amazing, beautiful beach vacation! What more can you ask for? The townhouse was on the beach so the views are outstanding. One of our favorite views was from the master suite. Just seeing and listening to the Gulf from the bedroom is heaven. The rental was immaculate. Plenty of towels were provided, even beach towels. The kitchen was stocked well to our surprise there was even an air fryer! The rental company was amazing they called to check in with us personally to ensure we were enjoying our stay. We always prefer staying on the beach if possible and this place exceeded our expectations. I almost forgot to add there are two restaurants a coin toss away. We will book again for sure. Thank you for the amazing memories!!

This place is everything we dreamed of when staying on the beach! It was very clean, beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need for cooking and there were plenty of buckets, shovels, beach chairs, and beach gear. We can’t wait to come back next year!!

Everything about our stay at Quiet Surf was a wonderful, amazing view, stylish and comfy interior, and great customer service from the Frangista staff. I particularly loved the fact that it was a corner unit giving us much more privacy and the master bedroom was extremely spacious with a sweeping view of the ocean and an incredibly comfortable bed. All in all a fabulous place to stay, and we definitely will be back.

This 2 BR / 2.5 BA end-unit townhouse situated directly on the white sands of the Emerald Coast offers amazing views of the Gulf from both floors. A lovely mix of modern and rustic, this Quiet Surf townhouse features many renovations including new flooring, new stainless steel appliances, renovated bathrooms, and new furnishings with a sophisticated coastal flair.
Enjoy watching your favorite shows downstairs on high-end leather sofas or a swivel chair and ottoman and a Smart TV. This home offers expanded cable service and high speed internet for your enjoyment. The open concept kitchen allows amazing views of the Gulf's emerald water and is stocked full of cookware, a crock pot, Instapot, air fryer, waffle maker, both Keurig and drip coffee makers, and plenty of serving pieces. Dining for 10 includes a beautiful table for 6 and bar seating for 4. Step outside to the enlarged beachfront deck to sun in the 3 Polywood chaise lounge chairs or sip cocktails in the shaded area at the Polywood bistro table for four while grilling your fresh catch on the gas grill. The first floor is completed with a half bathroom with a washer/dryer set.
Upstairs the spacious master suite with a lofted ceiling and spectacular views of the Gulf is waiting for you. The king-size bed with a very high end luxury mattress, sleeper sofa, large Smart TV and a private beachfront balcony with seating for 2 provides a tranquil atmosphere. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, 2 large vanities with drawer space, and a separate water closet which occupies this master suite.
The second bedroom features two queen-size beds with luxury high end mattresses, a Smart TV and an adjoining bathroom, which can be accessed from the bedroom or hallway. Clean white hotel style bedding is provided for all the beds.
Step out onto either of your private balconies, which span the width of the home. Enjoy your morning coffee as you enjoy the sounds of the surf, amaze at the dolphins jumping in the waves, or watch the colorful sunset at the end of the day. A new Cornhole game is available for lots of fun along with additional folding beach chairs. This Old Florida- style townhouse, furnished with all the modern conveniences, will not disappoint!

This townhouse is minutes from the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, The Village of Baytowne Wharf, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Big Kahuna Water Park and a variety of family-friendly dining, shopping and entertainment venues.
This townhouse is available for extended stays for winter snowbirds. If you need additional space, we also manage Quiet Surf # 8 as well!
