We have stayed at the quiet surf location a few times. We enjoy staying at this location.
Spearfish SD
This property exceeded our expectations. It’s a beachfront property with excellent views of sunrises and sunsets. We were able to walk of the back porch and be on the beach within minutes. The townhouse was very clean and well maintained. It is located in close walking distance to several restaurants - speaking of which, a major walking path was located across the street from the property. We had a wonderful experience!!

The house was just as the photos! Beautiful views of the ocean. The property was clean and location was perfect. The beach access was awesome. It was supposed to be a private beach, but it seemed that alot of people would set up in this section. It only comes with 2 chairs and 1 umbrella. This would be my only real complaint. For a 2 bedroom condo that sleeps 10, its most likely that at least 4 people will be sharing this place and will need at least 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas. The back porch was great!

This 2 BR/ 2.5 BA end-unit townhome offers amazing views of the Gulf from both floors. The first floor features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a breakfast bar, rich honey-toned dining and living room furniture including a unique coffee table displaying sand and shells that have been lovingly collected over time. Two comfortable sofas, including 1 sleeper sofa, invite you to curl up and enjoy a movie on the large flat screen TV with Blu-Ray/DVD player.
The master suite is waiting for you. The king-size bed, a relaxing chair and ottoman, a large flat screen TV and access to the upstairs balcony completes this room. The second bedroom features two queen-size beds and nautical décor with a flat screen TV and an adjoining bathroom. Two rollaway beds are available bringing the total number of sleeping guests to 8.
Step out onto your private balcony which spans the width of the home. Enjoy your morning coffee as you enjoy the sounds of waves crashing on the beach or watch the sunset at the end of the day.

Quiet Surf II is centrally located along Scenic Gulf Drive. This townhome is minutes from the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, The Village of Baytowne Wharf, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Big Kahuna Water Park and a variety of family-friendly dining, shopping and entertainment venues.
This townhome is available for extended stays for winter Snowbirds. If you need additional space, we do manage Quiet Surf # 1 as well!
Parking available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size. Unfortunately, Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood.
