It doesn’t matter what language you speak; paradise is paradise! Named after the French word for paradise, Paradis is a stunning Gulf-front vacation home that has everything you need for a beach vacation. It has five bedrooms, five baths, large windows with incredible views, a private pool, and so much more. Visiting the coast for a family reunion? A wedding? A girl’s getaway? A business retreat? This is the place to do it! With all of its spacious accommodations, the residence can entertain up to 14 guests. It has a separate guest house that is perfect for groups with multiple parties.

Perched right along the sugary dunes that overlook the Emerald Coast, it is immediately apparent that this property is its own slice of heaven. The first floor of the main house encompasses a large great room, where the living room, dining area, and kitchen are located. In the living room, large Gulf-facing windows filter in plenty of warm sunlight, illuminating the welcoming space. One of the windows has a window seat, perfect for enjoying a good book while the waves roll in the background. The living room features a wraparound couch with coastal accent pillows, a subtle rug, coffee table, scrolled chairs, and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Gleaming tile floors flow from the high-ceilinged living room into the open kitchen. The kitchen has hardwood cabinetry, state-of-the-art appliances, and marble countertops. An angled bar with six raised chairs serves as a perfect spot for enjoying breakfast, lunch, or appetizers. For more formal dinners, there is a hardwood table with bench seating in the dining area. From here, glass doors open out onto the Gulf-front deck, where guests can enjoy the private pool, outdoor seating, and panoramic views.

One guest bedroom is located on the first floor of the main house. It has a king-size bed and access to a full hall bath. The remaining bedrooms are on the second level. The master suite includes a king-size bed, sunny windows, patterned armchairs, a handsome dresser, TV, and access to a wraparound balcony. It also has a private bath with double vanities, a soaking tub, and glass-walled shower. One of the guest bedrooms on this floor has a queen-size bed, while the other includes two twin bunks, TVs, and fun beach art.

The guest house is a cozy getaway that provides completely separate living quarters. The house has a comfortable living room with a couch that doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa, lounge chair, coffee table, blue-patterned rug, and TV. The kitchen is complete with quality appliances, ample counter and cabinet space, and a glass-topped table for four. On the second floor, the bedroom has a king-size bed, cream-colored furnishings, and decorative art.

In addition to its luxury living space, the home features steps that lead directly to the shimmering shores of the beach. Its prime Miramar Beach location also places guests near an abundance of coastal amusements, including Silver Sands Premium Outlets, the Village of Baytowne Wharf, and Grand Boulevard.

Main House:

Second Floor: King Master Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, Queen Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo and Balcony Access, Bunk Room with Two Twin Bunks and Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

Guest House:

First Floor: Garage (non-accessible)

Second Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Shared Walk-In Shower.
