This was a great location and the house had plenty of room, updated features and the pool was perfect. Sunny all day and shade came across the pool slowly starting around 2:00 and not totally shaded until 5:00, right when you need to get some shade! Anything that was broken or we had questions about, were immediately addressed and taken care of! Very quiet and private!

This house was beautifully located in the Maravella community! So close to the beautiful Miramar Beach, which was a definite plus, especially with grandchildren ages 9-16! The pool at the house was a huge hit for the kids and adults. The set up of bedrooms and baths was perfect for our family of 12! Three restaurants were easy walking distance from our VRBO!Overall, we LOVED our stay here and would definitely come again. Kathy was excellent to work with! ðŸ‘

Incredible beach house in the gated community of Maravilla Shores is new to the Rental Market. All newly furnished and now ready for the rental market! Grounds include private pool, fenced back yard, and 2 car garage ( garage is set up as play area for ping-pong ). Parking is on driveway. Driveway gives lots of parking to accommodate up to 5 vehicles, 300 steps to deeded beach access and 2.5 acres of community beach, is ready for you! Gulf views from multiple covered balconies. This home has been meticulously maintained and offers our guest all of the amenities to provide for the ultimate beach getaway.
1st level offers 2 bedrooms, bath, game room/kitchenette that can easily converted to a 6th bedroom as it has a queen size sofa sleeper, and easy access to pool area and outdoor summer kitchen with 1/2 bath outside.
Main living level, on the second floor, is open with lots of space and access to balconies. The main living area features a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, stainless applances and a dedicated icemaker! The ling room area has two sofas and chairs plus a large 65 in tv over the gas fireplace.
The 3rd level has master bedroom with a king bed, attached bath, and private balcony. The second master with a king bed and attached bath is at the back end of the home with its own private balcony. The third bedroom on this floor is in the middle with 2 sets of twin/twin bunks and its own bath
Our home is located in the gated community, Maravella. It is a very short walk to a private beach access with over 300 feet of beach frontage. The Maravella community is within a mile of Pompano Joes, Capt. Dave's and the Crab Trap Restaurants. We are centrally located near to all of Destin's wonderful Restaurants, water sports, children's activities, outlet mall, upscale shopping, casual and fine dining, movie theater and beautiful golf courses.
