Great Vacation, the condo, views, and beach setup at the Oceania were far and away the best we have experienced in Florida! Privacy at the Oceania is unmatched. Entertainment, errands, and restaurants were all unbelievably convenient.

First off, the owner, Sammy Citrano, is very easy and friendly to deal with. Talking to him is what swayed me to booked this condo. The condo does not disappoint. I've had Destin condos before that had excellent pictures but not so great when I got there. This place is the EXACT OPPOSITE. The pictures are nice but it is even more beautiful in person. Not only is the condo immaculate, the grounds are prestinely kept and the all residents and guests are extremely polite and respectful of each other. Also, the beach service is very good with an attendant that helped us with anything we needed. Sammy is very helpful with anything that needs addressing and any questions you have regarding the Destin area. I've never had an owner be this accessible and genuinely interested in my family enjoying our stay. I am reluctant to post this review so I can book again in the future without the calendar filling up. However, Sammy and this condo definitely deserve any high praise I can give them!

Three Great Bedrooms each have private showers with plenty of room. Master bath includes jetted bathtub & separate shower. The dining room & living room each have sliding glass doors to accessories a 40 ft long covered balcony furnished with tables, chairs & loungers & TV overlooking the Gulf. All bedrooms are equipped with TV's ,DVD .The entire condo has wood flooring with beautiful area rugs. Master BR has King bed with Plantation shutters with a Gulf view, 2nd room has King Bed with Plantation shutters with Harborview &Shower and 3rd BR has King bed with Plantation shutters with shower. Kitchen counter tops are Granite also separate wet Bar with ice maker. Included is 2 gate remote & Push button Front Door Lock. Included in your rental are 2 Beach Chairs & Umbrella doing March - October. Picked by many as Destin's Best Ocean Front Condo.
